Instruction for transferring the payment service to zondacrypto Pay via e-commerce plugins
Due to the change to zondacrypto Pay, we ask you to transfer the services to our new service available under: https://zondacrypto.com/pay
New merchant’s panel is available under the reference https://app.paywithzonda.com - account’s login and password stay the same. The payment gateway address is now available under the domain https://checkout.paywithzonda.com
What is key, the new service maintains access to previous websites created as part of the previous service and balances, contains a full account history and information concerning every generated payment gateway.
In order to update the plugin, the first step is to remove or uninstall the previous plugin and reinstall the new zondacrypto Pay one. At the end, all you have to do is complete the plugin settings according to the manual with the appropriate API keys.
If you have not saved your keys, you can go to the merchant’s panel -> website -> security and generate new API keys for your website there.
