How Much Are the Medals Worth? Let’s Check the Numbers

Individual Events

Competing solo brings immense pressure, but also spectacular rewards.

• Gold Medal - Total reward: 750,000 PLN (500,000 PLN in cash and 250,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto). Additionally, there are rewards from PKOl and other sponsors such as: a two-room apartment, a car, jewelry, a painting, and a vacation voucher.

• Silver Medal - Total reward: 600,000 PLN (400,000 PLN in cash and 200,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto), plus tangible rewards from other sponsors (a diamond, a painting, vacations).

• Bronze Medal - Total reward: 450,000 PLN (300,000 PLN in cash and 150,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto), plus a package of tangible rewards from other sponsors.

 

 

 

Teams, Relays, and Mixed Events

In these events, the rewards are distributed among all team members and look as follows

• Gold Medal - 500,000 PLN for each athlete (250,000 PLN in cash / 250,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto), plus a one-room apartment for each funded by other sponsors.

• Silver Medal - 400,000 PLN for each athlete (200,000 PLN in cash / 200,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

• Bronze Medal - 300,000 PLN for each athlete (150,000 PLN in cash / 150,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

 

 

 

Team Sports

For team sports, financial rewards are split equally among the team members, according to the following rules:

• Gold Medal - 4,000,000 PLN divided among the team (2,000,000 PLN in cash / 2,000,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto), plus a one-room apartment for each funded by other sponsors.

• Silver Medal - 3,000,000 PLN divided among the team (1,500,000 PLN in cash / 1,500,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

• Bronze Medal - 2,000,000 PLN divided among the team (1,000,000 PLN in cash / 1,000,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

 

 

 

Appreciating the Fight to the End - Rewards for Positions 4-8

• 5th place - 40,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto.

Coaches - The True Architects of Success

We don’t forget those who work behind the scenes, without whom the athletes’ success would not be possible. Head coaches also receive rewards in a mixed model (cash + TMPL tokens):

• Gold - 200,000 PLN (100,000 PLN in cash / 100,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

• Silver - 150,000 PLN (75,000 PLN in cash / 75,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

• Bronze - 100,000 PLN (50,000 PLN in cash / 50,000 PLN in TMPL tokens from zondacrypto).

 

 

 

Multiple Medalists Get Even More

In sports, the appetite grows with eating. That’s why rewards for Olympic athletes are cumulative. The PKOl reward system, developed in collaboration with zondacrypto, is precise, it rewards extraordinary achievements while maintaining a healthy balance.
Both the financial rewards paid by PKOl and the TMPL tokens from zondacrypto accumulate for multiple medals. Other types of rewards have individual rules. The general reward mechanism is as follows:

• Financial rewards - The key principle of the rules is that they accumulate without limits. Both the cash portion from PKOl and the TMPL tokens from zondacrypto are awarded 100% for each medal won. For example, if an athlete wins three gold medals, they will receive three times the specified amount, without any “deductions.”

• Tangible rewards - These are awarded once, regardless of how many medals an athlete wins. Each athlete receives one apartment key, one car, one painting, jewelry, and a vacation voucher. Tangible rewards are provided by other sponsors, not zondacrypto.

• Coaches’ rewards - Coaches are rewarded differently from athletes. If an athlete wins multiple medals, the coach does not receive multiple rewards. They receive one reward for the highest medal won (for example, if a coach has an athlete with a gold and bronze medal, they receive a reward for the gold).

As you can see, the fight for Olympic medals has perhaps never been as rewarding as this winter in Milan-Cortina!
