§ 1. General provisions
These rules (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Regulations’) set out the rules of the ‘Zondolo Easter Hunt’ (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Contest’).
The organiser of the Contest is: BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office number 10), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number 14814864, being the operator of the zondacrypto exchange, in cooperation with ZND. CO OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn at the following address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9 (office number 7), 13917, Estonia (hereinafter: ‘Organiser’ or ‘Contest Organiser’)
The tasks of the Contest Organiser include ongoing supervision of the Contest, in particular ensuring that the Contest is conducted in accordance with these Regulations, and selecting the Winners and awarding them the Prizes.
The Organiser also uses definitions in these Contest Regulations that are consistent with the definitions contained in the regulations available at https://zondacrypto.com/pl/legal/zonda-exchange, including in particular the Regulations for the Provision of zondacrypto Services: https://zondacrypto.com/pl/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/regulamin-swiadczenia-uslug, to which reference is hereby made in this respect.
The Contest is conducted via social media on the following platforms: ‘Instagram’, ‘X’ and ‘Facebook’ (hereinafter referred to as ‘Social Media’). Links to the Contest will also be made available for information purposes on zondacrypto's social media profiles, including: https://twitter.com/zondacrypto & https://twitter.com/zondacryptopl
The Contest will be held on social media, namely the Organiser's social media profiles ‘zondacrypto’, including:

The contest is addressed to users of the above-mentioned Social Media who:
have registered and verified (or plan to do so, subject to § 2 point 4 of the Regulations) their client/user accounts on the Organiser's platforms https://www.zondacrypto.com and https://znd.co (hereinafter referred to as ‘Platforms’), or
already had registered and verified client/user accounts on the Platforms before the start of the Contest.
The aim of the Contest is to reward Participants for actively following the Organiser's Social Media and for their involvement through active participation during the Contest Period.
The Organiser emphasises that the Contest is not co-created, administered or sponsored by the above-mentioned social media.
The Contest Organiser is the sole founder of the prize in the Contest.
The Contest is not a cash lottery, raffle, promotional lottery or any other game of chance or mutual betting.
§ 2. Participation in the Contest
The Contest is intended exclusively for natural persons – Social Media users who are of legal age (at least 18 years old) and who have or plan to have a registered and verified client/user account on the Platforms, subject to § 1(7) of the Regulations.
Only persons who have an active profile/account on Facebook, Instagram, and X.com, in accordance with the terms and conditions of these platforms, may participate in the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”).
A Contest Participant is a person who meets all the requirements specified in § 4 of these Regulations and has active and verified accounts on the Platforms, subject to § 1(7) of the Regulations.
By registering and verifying the client/user accounts on the Platforms in the manner specified in § 2(1) above, it is understood that the Participant has accounts on the Platforms and has successfully completed the authentication process (KYC) by correctly passing all its stages. The Organiser allows Participants to create client/user accounts on the Platforms and complete the Participant authentication process after the end of the Contest, but no later than at the time of awarding the Prize in accordance with § 3(3) and § 5 of the Regulations. The Organiser will verify that the above criterion has been met by checking whether the Participant has active and verified client/user accounts on the Platforms at the above-mentioned time. If the above requirement is not met, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to the Participant.
Participation in the Contest is strictly personal, and therefore participation on behalf of third parties is not permitted. The identity and other information about the Participant should be consistent with the data (including personal data) provided in the Contest and during the registration and identity verification process on the Platforms. The Organiser reserves the right to verify, including verification of the identity of Contest Participants (in particular to verify the ownership of the Wallet Address in the event of a request to issue the Prize to a Wallet Address outside the Platforms), and in the event of reasonable doubts as to the fulfilment of the above conditions, to refuse to award the Prize to the Participant in the Contest on this basis.
Employees, board members and representatives of the Organiser and other entities directly involved in preparing and conducting the Contest, as well as persons permanently collaborating with the above-mentioned entities on a basis other than an employment relationship, and members of their immediate families, i.e. ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, spouses' parents and persons in an adoptive relationship with them, cannot participate in the Contest.
The condition for participation in the Contest is acceptance of the content of these Regulations and expression of willingness to participate in the Contest by submitting a contest entry in the form of fulfilling all contest requirements.
Participants who enter the Contest in accordance with the preceding paragraphs are required to read the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the zondacrypto Terms of Service (if applicable). Entry into the Contest is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations.
Participation in the Contest is completely voluntary and free of charge.
Participation in the Contest and the provision of personal data related thereto is completely voluntary, based on the consent given by the Participant - in accordance with § 9. paragraph 2 letter a) of these Regulations.
In the event of winning the Prize referred to in § 5 below, the Participant also consents to the publication of their first and last name or the name of their social media profile in a post/announcement created by the Organiser regarding the end of the Contest and the selection of the winners on the Organiser's profiles on the above-mentioned Social Media.
§ 3. Duration of the Contest
The contest begins on 21 April 2025 at the time of its announcement on Social Media and will last for 1 (one) day - until 21 April 2025 at 23:59 CET (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Contest Duration’).
The Contest will be decided within 2 days of its end, with the announcement of the Winners scheduled for 25 April 2025. The Contest Winner will be notified of their win within this period by the Organiser publishing the winning post on Social Media.
ZND Token prizes will be awarded to the Winners by adding them to the Winner's wallet address on the ZND Platform within 30 days of the date of the Contest results specified in section 2 above.
Match Tickets will be delivered to the Winners of the prize, at least 10 hours before the Match, by sending the tickets to the Winner by email.
§ 4. Contest rules
The Organiser will publish several posts on its Social Media within 1 (one) day - 21 April 2025. Some of the published posts will feature a special graphic depicting the character ‘Zondolo’ in a festive edition (the graphic is attached as Appendix 1 to the Regulations) (hereinafter referred to as ‘Zondolo Graphic’). The Zondolo Graphic will appear exclusively on posts randomly selected by the Organiser and published on the Organizer's social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and X.com..
The Contest task consists of the Participant completing the following Contest tasks in total (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Contest Tasks’) –
2.1. finding 3 posts with hidden Zondolo Graphics on Social Media: Facebook, Instagram and X.com,
2.2. taking screenshots of the above-mentioned posts with Zondolo Graphics,
2.3. clicking ‘like’ and posting a comment under each of the posts with Zondolo Graphics,
2.4. correctly completing the application form available at - https://forms.gle/L5Qk7knwvocQoGj99; in the form, the Participant will have to provide the following data:
- Link to the Participant's social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram and X.com,
- ‘Screenshots’ of all 3 posts with the Zondolo Graphic,
- The email address used to/ or intends to use to create the Participant's account zondacrypto connected to the ZND platform.
The Contest Task is considered completed when all 3 posts with Zondolo Graphics are found on all of the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and X.com, and all 3 of the above posts are liked and commented on on these social media platforms. Finding, liking, or commenting on only some of them will be considered incomplete fulfillment of the Contest Task.
The contest is an open contest.
The Contest Tasks may be completed from the moment the Contest is announced as specified in § 3(1) of the Regulations, but only until 11:59 p.m. CEST on the date of the contest's end, i.e. 21 April 2025. Completion of any of the Contest Tasks after the Contest Duration specified in § 3(1) above will result in such contest entry not being considered by the Organiser.
The Contest forms and the order in which they are received will be verified by the Contest Commission (hereinafter referred to as: ‘the Commission’), which will consist of representatives of the Organiser and persons appointed by the Organiser, as specified in § 7 of the Regulations.
After the Contest ends, the Commission will select the winners. Everyone who finds 3 Zondolo Graphics and correctly completes all Contest Tasks specified in § 4. paragraph 1 of the Regulations will be awarded. (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Winners’, and individually as: ‘Winner’). The type of Prize will depend on the order of entries.
As part of the Contest, prizes will be awarded to the Winners in accordance with the description contained in § 5 of the Regulations.
The Winners will be the Participants who, in the opinion of the Contest Commission, have correctly completed all the Contest Tasks specified in § 4(1) of the Regulations. The decision on the type of Prizes to be awarded will be made depending on the order in which correct entries are received. The decision in this regard will be made by the Contest Commission, which will consider the order in which entries are received, including the completeness of the entry (completion of all Contest Tasks) and the time of submission by the Participant.
When selecting the Winners, the Commission shall also decide on awarding a given Prize in the Contest to a given Winner, based on the criteria specified in the preceding point and assessing whether the Winner meets the conditions set out in § 2 and § 4 of the Regulations.
The Winners of the Contest will be announced by posting on the above-mentioned Social Media where the Contest was organised, indicating the first and last name or username of the Participant. When announcing the results, the Organiser will ask the Winner to contact them in a private message on the social media platform where the announcement of the Contest results was posted. After establishing contact, the Winner will receive further instructions in order to determine all the data necessary to transfer the Prize to the Winner and to enable the Winner to use it properly.
The Winner is obliged to contact the Organiser immediately in accordance with the instructions provided in the announcement of the winning post in a private message on Social Media, on which the announcement of the Contest results was posted, within 24 hours of the announcement of the Contest results, but no later than by the end of 28 April 2025, under pain of forfeiting the right to the Prize. Failure to contact the Organiser within this time limit shall be tantamount to the possibility of selecting another Winner, which is reserved as a right and not an obligation of the Organiser (due to organisational constraints, it may not be possible to ensure that another Winner can participate in the Prize at a later date).
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or deprive Participants of the right to the Prize if their actions are contrary to the law, good manners or the Regulations, in particular Participants who:
In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest, the Organiser may contact the Participant using the means of communication provided by them; during such contact, the Organiser may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding their participation in the Contest.
§ 5. Prize
As part of the Contest, the Winners will receive the following Prizes, depending on the order in which the Contest Tasks are completed correctly, according to their numbers:
Participants numbered 1 to 3 will receive 100 ZND and a double ticket to a football match of the team sponsored by the Organiser (hereinafter: ‘Match’),
Participants numbered 4 to 10 will receive 100 ZND Tokens each;
Participants numbered 11 to 50 will receive 50 ZND Tokens each;
Participants numbered 51 to 100 will receive 10 ZND Tokens each,
Each Participant who correctly completes all Contest Tasks during the Contest Period, subject to the provisions of §1(7) of the Regulations, will receive 5 ZND Tokens;
The prize in the form of ZND Tokens will be awarded to the Winner on the following terms:
ZND Tokens can be used only after:
registering a User account on the Organiser's Platform,
successfully completing the verification process (KYC) by correctly passing all its stages;
creating an account on the ZND Platform;
The Organiser shall verify compliance with the above criteria by checking whether the Winner has an active Account on the Organiser's Platform. If the above condition is not met, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse to award ZND Tokens to the Winner;
As part of the verification of the Winner, the Organiser may require the Winner to send a private message to the Organiser (via private contact with the Organiser), in accordance with the Organiser's instructions, containing all data necessary for the transfer of ZND Tokens, i.e.:
the email address assigned to the Winner's account on the Organiser's Platform,
other information required to confirm the Winner's identity in accordance with anti-money laundering and terrorist financing regulations.
In the event of failure to comply with the above information obligation within the time limit specified above, the Winner shall lose the right to transfer the ZND Tokens. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to the next Participant selected by the Contest Commission.
d) The prize in the form of ZND Tokens will be awarded to the Winner immediately after all the above requirements have been met, but no later than within 30 days from the date of their fulfilment;
e) If the Winner submits an instruction to close the Client Account on the Organiser's Platform before the ZND Tokens are awarded, the Winner shall lose the right to the ZND Tokens. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right to award the prize to the next Participant selected by the Contest Commission;
f) The Winner must fulfil the conditions for awarding the prize in the form of ZND Tokens no later than 25 April 2025 inclusive;
g) The Organiser reserves the right to refuse to award ZND Tokens to the Winner in the event that:
The Winner's Account is involved in any dishonest behaviour (e.g. sharing Account data with third parties, illegal mass registration of accounts, transactions between own accounts or market manipulation),
the Organiser has reasonable doubts as to the abuse or violation of these Regulations by the Client;
there is a suspicion that the purpose of opening the Account is to engage in commercial activities unrelated to the services provided by the Organiser's Platform.
Prizes - tickets for the Match will be awarded to the Winner in accordance with the following rules:
3.1. The Winner is obliged to send, within the time limit specified above, in a private message to the Organiser, in accordance with the Organiser's instructions, all data necessary for the delivery of the Prize, i.e.:
first name and surname,
date of birth,
PESEL/identification number, and if it has not been assigned – type, series and number of the identity document and date of birth,
email address,
telephone number.
The Winner may refuse to provide the above data. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time may, however, result in the loss of the right to claim the Prize.
3.2. The winner has the right to choose any accompanying person who will use the ticket together with the winner (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Accompanying Person’) - provided that the requirements set out below are met.
3.3. The Accompanying Person must be an adult (at least 18 years of age).
3.4. The Winner is obliged to send the Organiser, in a private message, in accordance with the Organiser's instructions, the details of the Accompanying Person necessary to award the Prize, i.e.:
First and last name of the Accompanying Person,
PESEL/identification number of the Accompanying Person, and if it has not been assigned – the type, series and number of the document confirming the identity of the Accompanying Person and their date of birth.
If the above information is not provided within the specified time limit, the Winner shall lose the right to choose an Accompanying Person.
3.5. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the Accompanying Person and the accuracy of the data provided by the Winner, and in the event of reasonable doubts as to whether the above conditions have been met, to refuse the Winner the right to choose an Accompanying Person.
3.6. The Prize will be sent to the Contest Winner immediately after it has been prepared by the Organiser, but no later than 10 hours before the Match. The prize will be sent to the Winner by email to the email address provided by the Winner in private correspondence with the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in favour of the Winners (by awarding additional prizes).
The Commission shall award the Prizes to the Winners at its own discretion and in accordance with the criteria set out in § 4(6) of the Regulations.
Each Contest Winner shall be entitled to receive only one prize.
The Organiser shall not cover any additional costs related to the collection and use of the Prizes, in particular those related to participation in the Match, such as travel, transport, taxi, flight, shipping, accommodation, meals and other incidental costs. These costs shall be borne exclusively by the Winner in full and the Winner shall not be entitled to any reimbursement or compensation from the Organiser in this respect.
The right to the Prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other services offered by the Organiser.
It is possible to withdraw from the Prize. In the event of the Winner's withdrawal from the Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant indicated by the Commission or to forfeit the Prize in favour of the Organiser.
As part of the Prize, the Winner may be asked by the Organiser to prepare promotional materials related to their participation in the Contest (hereinafter referred to as: ‘Winner's Marketing Materials’). In such a case, the Winner may consent to the publication of the promotional materials prepared by them on the Organiser's social media, thereby granting the Organiser a free and unlimited licence to publish them as part of the promotion of the Organiser's social media, and solely for this purpose.
§ 6. Organiser's responsibility
The Organiser shall not be liable for the inability to award the Winner's Prize and for the award of the Prize for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, including in connection with the provision of incorrect contact details, as well as in connection with events of force majeure. In such a case, the Winner will be informed of the above circumstances in a private message or will be asked to contact the Organiser in a comment under the Contest post.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any random events preventing Participants from taking part in the Contest.
The Organiser shall not be liable for the inability to collect the Prize if the Participant fails to meet the deadline specified in § 4(9) of the Regulations or provides incorrect data (their own and/or that of the Accompanying Person) entitling them to claim the Prize.
The Organiser shall not be liable for the Participants' failure to achieve the expected results of transactions on the Platforms for reasons attributable to the Participants. The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage caused by a decrease in the value of the Prize, and any claims for the difference in the value of funds due to changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates are excluded.
The Organiser does not provide any advice, recommendations, analyses or suggestions regarding investing on the Platforms. The Organiser is not a broker, intermediary, agent or advisor to the Participant and has no fiduciary relationship or obligations to the Participant in connection with the Participant's participation in the Contest or other activities performed by the Participant on the Platforms in this regard. The Organiser does not recommend buying, selling or holding any cryptocurrencies and informs that investing in cryptocurrencies involves a high degree of risk. There is a risk of losing the invested funds due to changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates.
Any marketing material related to the Contest concerning the crypto asset has not been reviewed or approved by any competent authority in any Member State of the European Union. The sole responsibility for the content of marketing material relating to a crypto asset lies with the crypto asset provider. The provider of the crypto asset in the form of the ZND Token is BB Trade Estonia OÜ, based in Tallinn (Estonia), the operator of the zondacrypto exchange available at https://zondacrypto.com/pl/home. The crypto asset provider can be contacted by phone at +48 884 570 061 or by email at support@zondacrypto.com. The information document in the form of a white paper concerning the ZND Token has been published at the following internet address: http://assets.znd.co/token/pl/whitepaper.
The Organiser shall not be liable for any claims made by the Winner or the Accompanying Person in relation to expectations concerning the organisation of the Match. In the event of claims relating to the organisation of the Match, the Winner shall be entitled to lodge a complaint on their own behalf directly with the entities responsible for the Match.
The Winner and the Accompanying Person, while participating in the Match, are required to behave in a civilised manner and in accordance with the rules of the stadium, in accordance with the conditions prevailing in the spectator area and to comply with the provisions of the stadium regulations. In the event of any violation of the above, the Organiser reserves the right to immediately refuse further participation in the Match to the Winner and the Accompanying Person.
The Organiser shall not be liable to the Winner or the Accompanying Person for any inability to use the Prize (e.g. participation in the Match) as a result of a breach of the Regulations by the Winner or other circumstances for which the Organiser is not responsible.
§ 7. Contest Commission
A two-person Commission appointed by the Organiser will supervise the proper conduct of the Contest.
The tasks of the Commission referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include, in particular:
checking whether a given Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Contest,
analysing the order in which the Contest forms were submitted,
selecting the Winners of the Contest,
considering complaints from Participants in accordance with § 8 of the Regulations.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints related to participation in the Contest may be submitted by the Participant:
In writing, to the following address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 ESTONIA (office no. 10, 2nd floor), or
electronically via the form available at: https://zondacrypto.com/pl/helpdesk/formularz-kontaktowy or by email to: support@zondacrypto.com.
Complaints should be submitted immediately after the occurrence of an event giving rise to objections by a Participant taking part in the Contest, but no later than within 7 days of the end of the Contest (for complaints sent by registered mail, the date of the postmark shall be decisive).
The complaint should contain all information specified in the regulations available on the zondacrypto platform at https://zondacrypto.com/pl/legal/zonda-exchange, including the Terms and Conditions of Service - § 18(3).
The complaint procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure set out in the regulations referred to in section 3 of this paragraph, including the Terms and Conditions of Service - § 18 section 4 et seq.
Complaints shall be considered by the Contest Commission appointed by the Organiser, in accordance with § 7 section 2 of these Regulations.
§ 9. Personal information
The controller of the personal data is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office number 10), a company under Estonian law, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number: 14814864 (hereinafter: "Data Controller").
The Data Controller processes personal data of Participants and Winners of the Contest on the basis of:
consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR");
fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR to fulfill the obligation to keep accounting documents;
legitimate interest of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR, consisting in particular in responding to possible complaints, claims made as a result of this Contest.
All data obtained by the Organizer on the Contest Participants and Winners will be deleted or anonymized within 60 days, counting from the date of the end of the Contest or the dispatch of the Prize to the Contest Winners.
The data of Participants and Winners of the Contest will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the preceding paragraph - with the exception of data that will be necessary to comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller and for the purpose of fulfilling the Data Controller's legitimate interest - necessary to process complaints or other form of claims submitted by Participants or Winners of the Contest or other persons, as well as for the purpose of possible judicial or administrative proceedings.
The data is protected by technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection, in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Data Controller processes only the personal data provided in terms of the Contest. Personal data are not subject to automated decision-making for the purposes of the Contest.
For the purposes of the Contest, personal data will be shared with companies affiliated with the Data Controller, i.e. - Orion Software sp. z o. o. and Expofer Servis House s. r. o. and the operator of the ZND.co platform (ZND.CO OÜ).
Participants in the Contest have the right to:
The right to request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to data portability;
file a complaint with the supervisory authority - Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, 39 Tatari, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, if the Participant believes that his/her personal data is being processed unlawfully.
All requests, questions and demands related to data processing should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer designated by the Data Controller: gdpr@zondacrypto.com.
§ 10. Final provisions
These Regulations are the only document setting out the detailed rules of the Contest.
The Organiser is entitled to change the content of the Regulations, both in part and in whole, at any time for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, and also when such a change is made exclusively for the benefit of the Participants (including by adding additional prizes, extending the duration of the contest and the possibility of answering the contest question, facilitating the Participants' access to the contest and the possibility of obtaining the prize). Any planned changes to the Rules will be communicated to the Participants through an adequate communication channel, e.g. via Social Media.
Any amendments to the Regulations shall become effective upon their publication on the Organiser's website.
If the Participant does not accept the changes to the Regulations, they should withdraw from the Contest.
Participation in the Contest after the Regulations have been changed shall be deemed acceptance of the new Regulations.
The Regulations shall be available for the duration of the Contest on the Organiser's website (zondacrypto.com) and at the Organiser's registered office.
Any doubts regarding the rules, conditions and date of the Contest, the provisions of its Regulations and their interpretation shall be resolved by the Organiser. Such a decision by the Organiser shall not deprive the complainant of the right to pursue claims under the provisions of law.

In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Organiser's Regulations and generally applicable law shall apply. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the Organiser's Regulations, the provisions of these Regulations shall apply.
The competent court for resolving disputes is the competent common court.
These regulations shall enter into force on 21 April 2025.
