The public sale of the ZND token is coming soon. We have prepared comprehensive information about this event.
First round of public sale
The public sale date is Thursday, 18.07.2024. This means that there are approximately three weeks left to prepare for this event. It will be clearly communicated on our and ZND's social media, so you don't have to worry about missing announcements. If you haven't had a chance to read the announcement of our token, we invite you to read the article here. Also, check out the ZND token page we recently launched. It will provide you with even more useful knowledge.
Information related to the issue
The token issuer is BB Trade Estonia OÜ, a zondacrypto exchange company. We plan to sell 189,000,000 of the 700,000,000 tokens. Those (out of a pool of 189,000,000) that are not sold by the time all sales rounds are completed will be irretrievably burned. Four rounds of public sale are planned between July and October 2024, during the first of which 5,600,000 tokens will be allocated for sale at a price of €0.074. Subsequent rounds are described in our whitepaper. The storage and transfer of ZND Tokens are managed through wallets created in Fireblocks, a secure platform for creating and managing digital wallets. The token is based on the ERC-20 standard of the Ethereum network. The total fundraising target for all rounds combined is €12,207,000.
The token distribution details during each round will be governed by either SAFT agreements (in the case of private sales) or the general terms and conditions of the platforms on which the token will be purchased (in the case of public sales).
