There would be nothing surprising about this, were it not for the reason for the decision - the ministry considered cryptocurrencies to be ‘incompatible with good morals’. The refusal is all the more surprising given that identical integration is already used by at least four licensed bookmakers, a gambling industry traditionally seen as riskier. This one, however, has met no resistance from the administration.
