Dear zondacrypto Users,
As part of our commitment to maintaining a high-quality trading environment and continuously improving the user experience, we regularly review the range of cryptocurrencies available on zondacrypto exchange. Following a detailed assessment, we have decided to delist EOS and ALGO.
Read the detailed Delisting schedule of the selected asset along with the dates. Please review the schedule carefully due to existing differences in dates for the above cryptocurrencies.
EOS Delisting Schedule:
04.08.2025
We will start the delisting process. EOS trading, deposits, and withdrawals will remain fully operational for 14 days, i.e. to 18.08.2025.
19.08.2025
The ability to make EOS deposits and trading will be completely disabled. Any EOS deposits made after this date may result in loss of funds and an inability to recover them. All active trading orders involving EOS will be cancelled, and the funds allocated to those orders will be returned to users’ wallets. EOS accumulated through the affiliate program will also be automatically transferred to users’ wallets. Please note: EOS withdrawals will still remain available after this date, but EOS trading pairs will no longer be supported. Any EOS accumulated on the user’s balance should be withdrawn by 19.10.2025.
If the EOS funds have not been withdrawn by 19.10.2025, we reserve the right to initiate a fee-based custody service as outlined below, as stated in the Delisting Regulation for Digital Assets. Each month, the amount of delisted assets in your account will be reduced by 20% compared to the amount on 19.10.2025.
20.10.2025
The amount of delisted assets will be reduced by 20%, and 80% of the funds will remain in the account compared to the balance on 19.10.2025.
20.11.2025
The amount of delisted assets will be reduced by a further 20%, and 60% of the funds will remain in the account compared to the balance at 19.10.2025.
20.12.2025
The amount of delisted assets will be reduced by a further 20%, and 40% of the funds will remain in the account compared to the balance at 19.10.2025.
20.01.2026
The amount of delisted assets will be reduced by a further 20%, and 20% of the funds will remain in the account compared to the balance at 19.10.2025
20.02.2026
The amount of delisted assets will be reduced by the last 20%, therefore all remaining delisted EOS assets will be removed from user balances.
ALGO Delisting Schedule:
04.08.2025

Note: ALGO withdrawals will remain available after that date, however ALGO trading pairs will no longer be supported. Please withdraw your ALGO by 19 September 2025.
Why is the ALGO timeline shorter? Based on our assessment of operational risk and compliance for this asset, including limitations in external infrastructure, we have set an earlier end-of-support date to ensure service continuity and safety. This is a preventive decision and does not affect the security of funds. Withdrawals remain available until the stated date.
