§ 4
Contest Rules
The Contest Task consists in the Participant's performance, exclusively within the Contest Survey in the Google form provided by the Organizer (https://forms.gle/KmhaJDuyRNAcfQRU7), of a total of the following contest tasks:
indicate the e-mail address to which the Organizer will be able to make contact with the Participant within the framework of the Contest (this should be the e-mail address indicated when registering a Customer Account on zondacrypto);
providing consent to be contacted by email regarding participation in the Contest and accept the Contest Regulations - by marking the consents available in the Survey;
answering all other questions (5 questions) in the Survey made available within the Contest Survey, including the open question about why he/she wants to go to a match of exactly this team: “Tell us something about your passion for your team and why you want to go to the stadium to support them”.
The Contest is open to the public.
The Contest answers can be provided during the Contest, during the time indicated in § 3 point 1 of the Regulations, but only until the time of its official end. Answers given after the time mentioned above will not be taken into account by the Organizer.
To participate in the Contest, the Participant can complete the Survey only once. In the event that the Participant fills out the Contest questionnaire several times, only the first answer given (the Survey filled out as the first one) will be taken into account. Each additional Survey completed by the same Participant will not be taken into account.
The correct answer is considered to be the answer to the Contest question indicated in § 4 point 1 and meeting all the Contest requirements indicated in § 2, performing the tasks indicated in § 4 point 1 of the Regulations together and performing them in accordance with the rules provided in this paragraph. The Participant's performance of only a part of the tasks or posting the contest answer by answering only selected questions in the Survey (instead of all of them), may entail the Organizer's recognition of the answer provided as incorrect or incomplete.
In order to participate in the Contest task indicated in § 4 point 1 on the Contest Survey, Participants are required to enter the Contest using only the email addresses used to create a Customer Account on the Organizer's Platform.
Contest responses will be evaluated by the Contest Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), which will include representatives of the Organizer referred to in § 7 of the Regulations.
At the end of the Contest, the Participant who provided the winning answers (chosen by the Commission) to the Contest questions and completed all the Contest tasks specified in § 4 point 1 and § 2 of the Regulations together (hereinafter referred to as the "Winner") will receive one of the prizes described in § 5 of the Regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Prize").
The Commission will award 3 persons, based on the evaluation of all the Contest answers that meet the terms of these Regulations, taking into account such criteria as: primarily the content of the answer, including knowledge of sports team, knowledge of the achievements of this team, guessing the MVP/scorer or betting on the exact score of the match, knowledge of the cryptocurrency market (guessing the value of bitcoin), as well as the form and manner of presentation of the contest answer by the Participant, the creativity of the Participant, the manner of formulation of the Participant's answer and the generation of the Commission's attention to this answer.
The Participant's answer that, in the opinion of the Contest Commission, constitutes the most interesting and correct answers and receives the most points (winning answer) wins. The decision in this regard will rest solely with the Contest Commission considering the given entries. The best answer will be determined by the Commission by assigning points for each answer given, taking into account the Participants' answers to all the Contest questions in the Survey. The winning answers will be determined accordingly based on the determination of the Participants with the highest number of points and most creative answer (the last open question - which will be taken into account if more participants with the highest scores entitling them to win are selected).
In selecting the Winners, the Commission shall decide at the same time on the awarding of a given Prize in the Contest to a given Winner, following the criteria indicated in the preceding sentence and verifying that he/she meets the conditions presented in § 2 and § 4 point 1 of the Regulations. Failure to meet these conditions may result in forfeiting the Prize to the Organizer (due to the short period of assigning the prize to the winner before the match and the difficulty of selecting the next winner and making contact with him at that time).
The announcement of the Winners of the Contest will be made by e-mail contact from the Organizer to the e-mail addresses of the Winners who were provided as part of the Contest Survey and who agreed in the Survey to have such information sent to them by e-mail. When the results are announced, the Organizer will ask the Winners to contact them back in a private message in the email. Once contact is made, the Organizer will provide further instructions to determine the conditions for transferring the awarded Prize, as referred to in § 5 of the Terms and Conditions, and to verify that the Participant meets the other requirements of the Contest, including, in particular, having a verified account on the Organizer's zondacrypto.com Platform.
The Winner is obliged to contact the Organizer immediately in an email message, no later than 48 hours after receiving the Organizer's email of the results of the Contest, under pain of complete forfeiture of the right to the Prize. Failure to contact the Organizer within this timeframe will be tantamount to the possibility of selecting another Winner, while this is reserved as a right and not an obligation of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or deprive of the right to the Prize Participants whose actions violate the law, good morals or the Regulations, in particular Participants who:
do not act personally, but through third parties;
use different accounts on the Organizer's platform to appear in on behalf of/submit the same Participant;
if third-party claims have been filed against their Contest Answer.
In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest, the Organizer may contact the Participant using the means of communication provided by the Participant; during such contact, the Organizer may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding his/her participation in the Contest.
The Participant, by applying for participation in the Contest, declares that the Contest Answer sent by him/her does not contain any content that violates the law or is contrary to good morals, in particular does not violate the rights of third parties, does not incite violence, intolerance, does not contain vulgarities or advertising content of third parties.
Once the Organizer determines the information regarding the Contest Winners and positively verifies them against the Contest requirements, the Contest prize will be transferred to them, at the time and according to the rules indicated in § 3 point 3 and § 5 of these Regulations.
The Winner, as part of his/her use of the Prize, may be asked by the Organizer to prepare promotional materials regarding his/her participation in the aforementioned Contest (hereinafter: "Winner's Marketing Materials") as part of his/her participation in the Prize. In such a case, the Winner shall agree to publish the promotional materials prepared by him/her on the Organizer's social media, thereby granting the Organizer a free and unlimited license to publish them as part of the promotion of such social media of the Organizer, and solely for this purpose.
