Contest Regulations: 

"HC Davos x zondacrypto | Win a jersey and match tickets!" 

§ 1 General provisions

  1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as: the "Regulations") set out the rules for the "HC Davos x zondacrypto | Win Jersey and match tickets!" contest (hereinafter referred to as: the "Contest").

  2. The organizer of the Contest is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office no. 10), entered in the register of entrepreneurs under number 14814864, (hereinafter referred to as: the "Organizer") operating the website (https://zondacrypto.com/), through which it provides services in the form of a cryptocurrency exchange (hereinafter referred to as: the "Platform").

  3. The tasks of the Contest Organizer include ongoing supervision of the Contest, in particular to ensure that the Contest is conducted in accordance with the Regulations set forth in these Terms and Conditions. 

  4. The Organizer also applies definitions in these Contest Regulations that are consistent with the definitions contained in the Regulations available at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zonda-exchange, including the Terms and Conditions of zondacrypto Services (https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/terms-and-conditions-of-service), to which reference is hereby made in this regard.

  5. The Contest is being held in connection with a sporting event in the form of a match between HC Davos and Lausanne HC, which will take place on September 9, 2025, at 7:45 p.m. CET at zondacrypto-Arena, 7270 Davos-Platz GR (hereinafter referred to as: the "Event"). 

  6. The Contest is conducted via the Organizer's social media on the "Facebook" platform - profile run under the name "zondacrypto":  https://www.facebook.com/zondacrypto (hereinafter referred to as: the "Social Media").

  7. The Contest is open to users of the above-mentioned social media who are permanent residents of Switzerland. The purpose of the Contest is to reward Participants for actively following the Organizer's Social Media and to engage Participants through active participation during the Contest Period.

  8. The Organizer emphasizes that the Contest is not created, administered, or sponsored by the above-mentioned social media.

  9. The Organizer of the Contest is the sole sponsor of the prize in the Contest.

  10. The Contest is not a cash lottery, raffle, promotional lottery, or any other game of chance or mutual betting.

 

 

§ 2 Participation in the Contest

 

  1. The Contest is intended exclusively for natural persons – recipients of Social Media who are of legal age (who are at least 18 years old) and who reside in Switzerland.

  2. Only natural persons who have an active profile on the "Facebook" platform in accordance with the terms and conditions of that portal (hereinafter referred to as: the "Participants") may participate in the Contest.

  3. Participation in the Contest is only possible in person, and therefore it is not permissible to participate in the Contest on behalf of third parties. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants of the Contest and, in the event of reasonable doubts as to whether the above conditions are met, to refuse the Participant a prize in the Contest on this basis. 

  4. Only answers provided independently by the person submitting them (Contest Participant) may be submitted to the Contest.

  5. Employees, members of the authorities and representatives of the Organizer and other entities directly involved in the preparation and conduct of the Contest, as well as persons cooperating with the above-mentioned entities on a permanent basis on a basis other than an employment relationship, and members of their immediate families, i.e., ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses, and persons related to them by adoption.

  6. The condition for participation in the Contest is acceptance of these Regulations and Regulations and expression of willingness to participate in the Contest by submitting a contest entry in the form of fulfilling all contest requirements on the Organizer's Social Media profile mentioned above. 

  7. Participants who enter the Contest in accordance with the preceding paragraphs are required to read these Regulations and Regulations, as well as the Terms of Service of zondacrypto (if applicable). Entry into the Contest is tantamount to acceptance of these Regulations and Regulations.

  8. Participation in the Contest is entirely voluntary and free of charge. 

  9. Participation in the Contest and the related provision of personal data is entirely voluntary, based on the Participant's consent, in accordance with § 9(2)(a) of these Regulations.

  10. Not having a residential address in Switzerland will result in the inability to participate in the Contest. In such a case, the Organizer will select another Winner who meets the criteria set out in these Regulations. 

  11. In the event of winning the Prize referred to in § 5 below, the Participant also agrees to the publication of their first and last name or the name of their profile used on Social Media, as part of a post/announcement created by the Organizer regarding the end of the Contest and the selection of winners, on the Organizer's profiles on the above-mentioned Social Media.

 

§ 3 Duration of the Contest

 

  1. The Contest begins on September 3, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CET on the Organizer's Social Media and will last until September 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CET (hereinafter referred to as: the "Contest Duration").

  2. The results of the Contest will be announced within 6 hours of its end, with the Winners scheduled to be announced on September 7, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. CET. The Winner of the Contest will be notified of their win within this period by the Organizer publishing a winning post on the social media platforms where the Contest is being held and through which the Participant submitted their entry, or in the form of a private message from the Organizer.

  3. The prize in the form of an HC Davos jersey will be sent to the Winner within 30 days, provided that the Winner contacts the Organizer in a private message and provides all the data necessary to send the prize in the Contest. In order for the prize to be awarded to the Winner, the Winner is required to contact the Organizer immediately within 6 hours of the publication of the post announcing the results of the Contest, and then immediately provide the Organizer with all contact details specified in § 5 of the Regulations in a private message.

  4. The prize in the form of tickets to the HC Davos vs. Lausanne HC match will be sent to the Winner within 24 hours, provided that the Winner contacts the Organizer in a private message and provides all the information necessary to send the tickets. In order for the prize to be awarded to the Winner, the Winner must contact the Organizer immediately within 6 hours of the publication of the post announcing the results of the Contest, and then immediately provide the Organizer with all contact details specified in § 5 of the Regulations in a private message.

 

§ 4 Contest Regulations

 

  1. The Contest task consists of the Participant completing the following Contest tasks (hereinafter referred to as: the "Contest Tasks"):

    1. following the Organizer's profile on the "Facebook" platform: https://www.facebook.com/zondacrypto;

    2. like the contest post published on the platform specified in point a; 

    3. responding in a comment under the contest post on the "zondacrypto" profile to the question: "Tag the person you want to attend the new season's matches with and tell us why" (hereinafter referred to as: the "Contest Answer"). Only answers posted under the Contest post on the Organizer's profile on the Facebook platform: (https://www.facebook.com/zondacrypto) will be taken into account when selecting the Winners.

  2. The contest is open to the public.

  3. Completing any of the Contest Tasks after the Contest Duration has expired will result in such a contest entry not being considered by the Organizer.

  4. If a Participant completes only some of the tasks or posts a Contest Answer under a contest post on a profile other than the Organizer's Profile specified in § 4(1)(c) of the Regulations, the Organizer may consider the answer to be incorrect or incomplete. 

  5. Contest Answers will be evaluated by the Contest Commission (hereinafter referred to as” the "Commission"), which will consist of representatives of the Organizer and persons appointed by the Organizer, as specified in § 7 of the Regulations. 

  6. After the end of the Contest, the Commission will select six (6) winners from among the Participants who have completed all the Contest Tasks specified in § 4(1) of the Regulations and whose answers to the contest question are considered by the Commission to be the best (hereinafter referred to as: the "Winners" and individually as: the "Winner"). 

  7. As part of the Contest, the Winners will be awarded the Prizes described in § 5 of the Regulations (hereinafter referred to as: the "Prize").

  8. The Commission will award prizes to six people, taking into account all correct Contest Answers, based on the evaluation of all Contest Answers that meet the conditions of these Regulations, taking into account criteria such as: ingenuity, creativity, originality, the form of presenting one's interests in the subject of the Contest,  the manner in which the Participant's answer was formulated, the presentation of their idea in a clear and interesting way, as well as its creative justification.

  9. The winning entries will be those which, in the opinion of the Contest Commission, provide the most interesting and creative answers to the Contest question (winning entries). The decision in this regard will be made solely by the Contest Commission reviewing the submitted entries.  

  10. When selecting the Winners, the Commission will also decide on the winner of the Contest Prize, based on the criteria indicated in the preceding sentence and assessing whether they meet the conditions set out in § 2 and § 4 of the Regulations. 

  11. The winner of the Contest will be announced by posting the winning post on the Organizer's Social Media, indicating the first and last name or username of the Participant who provided the correct answer. When announcing the results, the Organizer will ask the Winner to contact them via private message on the Social Media platform where the Contest results were announced. After establishing contact, the Organizer will provide further instructions in order to determine all the data necessary to send the Prize to the Winner and to enable the Winner to use it properly. 

  12. The Winner is obliged to contact the Organizer immediately in a private message on the social media platform on which the announcement of the Contest results was posted, no later than within 6 hours of the announcement of the Contest results, under pain of complete loss of the right to the Prize. Failure to contact the Organizer within this time limit will result in the possibility of selecting another Winner, which is reserved as a right, not an obligation, of the Organizer. 

  13. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or deprive of the right to the Prize Participants whose actions are contrary to the law, good manners, or the Regulations, in particular Participants who:

  • do not act personally, but through third parties;

  • use different accounts on the Organizer's platform to act on behalf of/register the same Participant;

  • if third-party claims have been made in relation to their Contest Answer.

  1. In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest, the Organizer may contact the Participant using the means of communication provided by them; during such contact, the Organizer may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding their participation in the Contest.

  2. By entering the Contest, the Participant declares that their Contest Entry does not contain any content that violates the law or is contrary to good morals, in particular, it does not violate the rights of third parties, does not incite violence or intolerance, and does not contain profanity or advertising content of third parties.

 

§ 5 Prize

 

  1. As part of the Contest, each Winner will receive the following prize: 1 HC Davos jersey (hereinafter referred to as: the "Jersey") and 2 tickets to the HC Davos vs. Lausanne HC game, which will take place on September 9, 2025, at 7:45 p.m. at the zondacrypto-Arena, 7270 Davos-Platz GR, to be used by the Winner and an accompanying person (hereinafter referred to as: the "Ticket") (hereinafter collectively referred to as: the "Prize")

  1. One Contest Winner is entitled to only one Prize.

  2. The Organizer has the exclusive right to independently select the size of the Jersey awarded as part of the Winner's Prize, subject to the provisions of § 5 sec. 1 of the Regulations.

  3. The Organizer will cover the costs of shipping the Prizes to the Winners, provided that they indicate a shipping address within Switzerland.

  4. The Organizer shall not cover any additional costs related to the collection and use of the Prizes, such as travel expenses, taxi fares, meals, and other incidental costs. These costs shall be borne in full by the Winner, who shall not be entitled to any reimbursement from the Organizer in this respect. 

  5. The Jersey Prize will be sent to the Contest Winner within 30 days of providing the information specified in section 7 below. The Prize will be sent to the Winner by regular mail to the Winner's address provided in private correspondence with the Organizer, in accordance with § 4 sections 11-12 of the Regulations.

  6. The prize in the form of Tickets will be sent to the Contest Winner within 24 hours of providing the data specified in section 7 below. The Jersey prize will be sent to the Winner by regular mail to the Winner's address, as indicated by the Winner in private correspondence with the Organizer, and the Ticket prize will be sent to the Winner to the email address provided, in accordance with § 4 sections 11-12 of the Regulations.

  7. In order to receive the Prize specified in section 1 above, the Winner is required to send a private message to the Organizer, in accordance with the Organizer's instructions, containing all the information necessary to deliver the Prize, i.e.:

    1. first and last name, 

    2. date of birth,

    3. shipping address, 

    4. email address, 

    5. phone number.

If the above information is not provided within the time limit specified in § 3(3) and (4) above, the Winner shall lose the right to the Prize. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant selected by the Contest Commission.

  1. If the Winner's Prize consists of 2 Tickets, as referred to in § 5(1) of the Regulations, the Winner has the right to freely choose an accompanying person who will use the Ticket together with the Winner (hereinafter referred to as: the "Accompanying Person") - provided that the requirements set out below are met.

  2. The Accompanying Person must be an adult (over 18 years of age) who is a resident of Switzerland.

  3. In order to use the Prize in the form of a Ticket, the Winner is required to send a private message to the Organizer, in accordance with its instructions, containing the Companion's details necessary to transfer the Prize to them, i.e.:

    1. the first and last name of the Accompanying Person,

    2. date of birth of the Companion.
      If the Winner fails to comply with the above information obligation within the time limit specified above, they will lose the right to choose an Accompanying Person.

  4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Accompanying Person and the accuracy of the data provided by the Winner, and in the event of reasonable doubts as to whether the above conditions are met, to refuse the Winner the right to choose an Accompanying Person.

  5. The Organizer reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in favor of the Winners (by awarding additional prizes).

  6. The Commission shall independently award places to the Winners, at its own discretion and in accordance with the criteria specified in § 4 sections 8-10 of the Regulations.

  7. It is not possible to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties.

  8. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents or other services included in the Organizer's offer.

  9. It is possible to decline the Prize. If the Winner declines the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant indicated by the Commission.

  10. As part of receiving the Prize, the Winner may be asked by the Organizer to prepare promotional materials related to their participation in the above-mentioned Event. In such a case, the Winner may consent to the publication of the promotional materials prepared by them on the Organizer's social media, thereby granting the Organizer a free and unlimited license to publish them as part of the promotion of the Organizer's social media, and solely for this purpose.

 

§ 6 Organizer's liability

 

  1. The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to deliver the Prize to the Winner or the Accompanying Person, or for the fulfillment of the Prize for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, including in connection with the provision of incorrect contact details, as well as in connection with events of force majeure. In such a case, the Winner will be informed of the above circumstances in a private message or will be asked to contact the Organizer in a comment under the contest post. 

  2. The Organizer is not responsible for any random events that prevent Participants from taking part in the Contest.

  3. The Participant is solely responsible for the content of the Contest Answer provided to the Organizer on social media and, in this respect, releases the Organizer from any liability to third parties whose rights have been infringed by the publication of the contest solution on its websites or by the use of the solution in a manner inconsistent with these Regulations.

  4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any claims by the Winner or the Accompanying Person related to expectations regarding the Event. The Winner and the Accompanying Person are entitled to submit complaints on their own behalf directly to the entities responsible for the implementation of the Event. 

  5. The Winner and the Accompanying Person, when participating in the Event, are required to behave in a civilized manner and in accordance with the Regulations of the Stadium, in accordance with the conditions prevailing in the VIP area, and to comply with the provisions of the Regulations of the Florian Krygier Municipal Stadium in Szczecin. In the event of any violation of the above, the Organizer reserves the right to immediately refuse further participation of the Winner and the Accompanying Person in the Event. 

  6. The Organizer shall not be liable to the Winner or the Accompanying Person for the inability to use the Prize (e.g., participation in the Event) as a result of a violation of the Regulations set forth in section 5 above or other circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible.

  7. The winner of the Contest is obliged to obtain the consent of the Accompanying Person to transfer their personal data referred to in §5 section 9 of the Regulations before transferring it to the Organizer.

  8. The winner bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided by the Accompanying Person and declares that their transfer will take place only with the consent of the Accompanying Person.

  9. The winner releases the Organizer from any liability in the event of any irregularities related to the transfer of the Accompanying Person's personal data.

  10. In the event of claims against the Organizer for failure to obtain the consent of the Accompanying Person to transfer their personal data, or other irregularities related to them, the Winner undertakes to provide all necessary explanations.

  11. The Organizer shall have the right of recourse against the Winner in the event of any negative consequences related to the transfer of the Accompanying Person's personal data.

  12. The Organizer shall not be liable for any claims by the Winner related to expectations regarding the quality of the Jersey prize. The Winner is entitled to submit complaints on their own behalf directly to the entities responsible for the creation of the Jersey (Jersey manufacturers).
     

§ 7 Contest Commission

 

  1. A Commission appointed by the Organizer, consisting of two persons, will supervise the proper conduct of the Contest.

  2. The tasks of the Commission referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include, in particular:

    • verifying that a given Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Contest,

    • selecting the Winners of the Contest,

    • evaluating the Contest Answers and awarding them Prizes.

    • considering complaints from Participants, in accordance with § 8 of the Regulations. 

 

§ 8 Complaints

 

  1. Complaints related to participation in the Contest may be submitted by the Customer:

  1. by post, to the address of the zondacrypto headquarters (Tähesaju tee 9, Tallinn, 13917, Estonia); or

  2. by email to: [email protected]; or

  3. by filling out the form: https://zondacrypto.com/en/helpdesk/contact-page.

  1. Complaints must be submitted immediately after the occurrence of an event that raises objections on the part of the Customer participating in the Contest, but no later than 14 days after the end of the Contest (for complaints sent by registered mail, the date of the postmark is decisive).

  2. The complaint should contain all the information specified in the regulations available on the zondacrypto platform at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zonda-exchange, including § 18 of the Terms and Conditions of Service, in connection with the Complaint-handling Procedure on the zondacrypto platform, available at: https://zondacrypto.com/documents/d/guest/complaint-procedure-en-docx.

  3. The complaint procedure is conducted in accordance with the procedure set out in the regulations referred to in section 3 of this paragraph, including the Terms and Conditions of Service - § 18. Detailed Regulations for the complaint procedure can be found in a separate document referred to in the Terms and Conditions of Service - Complaint-handling Procedure on the zondacrypto Platform, available at: https://zondacrypto.com/documents/d/guest/complaint-procedure-en-docx. 

  4. Complaints will be considered by the Organizer.

 

§ 9 Personal Data 

 

  1. The personal data controller is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office no. 10), a company incorporated under Estonian law, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number: 14814864 (hereinafter referred to as: the "Data Controller").

  2. The Data Controller processes the personal data of Participants, Contest Winners, and Accompanying Persons on the basis of: 

    1. consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR");

    2. fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR with regard to the obligation to store accounting documents;

    3. the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, consisting in particular in responding to any complaints or claims submitted as a result of this Contest.

  3. All data obtained by the Organizer about Participants, Winners, and Accompanying Persons will be deleted or anonymized within 60 days from the end of the contest or the delivery of the Prize to the Contest Winner. This does not apply to data processed in connection with the provision of services within the Organizer's Platform.

  4. The data of Participants,Winners, and Accompanying Persons will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the preceding point, with the exception of data that will be necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller and to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, necessary to consider complaints or other forms of claims submitted by Customers, Participants, Winners, or Accompanying Persons, as well as for the purposes of any court or administrative proceedings.

  5. The data is protected by technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable regulations.

  6. The Data Controller processes only personal data provided by the Participant or Winner of the Contest. The personal data of Participants/Winners/Accompanying Persons is not subject to automated decision-making for the purposes of the Contest. 

  7. For the purposes of the Contest, personal data will be made available to companies affiliated with the Data Controller in terms of capital and personnel, i.e. Orion Software sp. z o. o. and Expofer Servis House s. r. o. 

  8. Contest Participants have the right to:

    1. request the Data Controller to access personal data concerning the data subject, rectify, delete or restrict processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data;

    2. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, 39 Tatari, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, if the Participant believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully; 

  9. All requests, questions, and demands related to the processing of Data should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller: [email protected].

 

§ 10 Intellectual property rights

 

  1. By participating in the Contest, the Participant simultaneously declares that they are the sole creator of the Contest Answer and that they have full personal and property copyrights to the Contest Answer. The Participant further declares that the Contest Answer provided by them does not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, related rights, image rights, or other intellectual property rights.

  2. Upon announcement of the Contest Winner, the Winner transfers to the Contest Organizer all copyrights to the submitted Answer, in all fields of exploitation, including in particular: 

  1. the right to record and reproduce the Answer in any form, 

  2. the right to publish, distribute, and use the answer in materials promoting the Contest and the Organizer's activities, including on websites, social media, printed materials, etc. 

  1. The winner declares that the Contest answer provided is not subject to any third-party claims, and the Organizer shall not be liable for any third-party claims related to the use of the answer in the Contest. 

  2. The winner agrees to the free use of their Contest answer in accordance with the above provisions, without the need to pay any remuneration. 

 


 

§ 11 Final Provisions

 

  1. These Regulations and Regulations are the only document specifying the detailed Regulations of the Contest.

  2. The Organizer is entitled to change the content of the Regulations, either in part or in whole, at any time for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, as well as when such a change is made solely for the benefit of the Participants (including by adding additional prizes, extending the duration of the Contest and the possibility of answering the Contest question, facilitating Participants' access to participation in the Contest and the possibility of obtaining a prize). Participants will be informed of any planned changes to the Regulations via an appropriate communication channel, e.g., via social media. 

  3. All changes to the Regulations and Regulations will take effect from the moment they are published on the Organizer's website. 

  4. If the Participant does not accept the changes to the Regulations, they should withdraw from the Contest.

  5. Participation in the Contest after the Terms and Conditions have been changed shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

  6. The Regulations and Regulations are available for the duration of the Contest on the Organizer's website (zondacrypto.com) and at the Organizer's headquarters.

  7. Any doubts regarding the Regulations, conditions, and duration of the Contest, the provisions of its Terms and Conditions, and their interpretation shall be resolved by the Organizer. Such a decision by the Organizer does not deprive the complainant of the right to pursue claims under the provisions of law.  

  8. All information about the Contest can be obtained by contacting zondacrypto at the following e-mail address: [email protected].

  9. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Organizer's Regulations and generally applicable laws shall apply.

  10. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the Organizer's Regulations, the provisions of these Regulations shall apply.

  11. These Regulations shall be effective as of September 3, 2025.
