We would like to inform you that the decision has been made to delist the Reef (REEF) project from the zondacrypto exchange. This decision comes as a result of the project transitioning to its own native network (Reef Chain), which currently does not have technical support on our platform.
In the spirit of transparency, please carefully review the detailed delisting schedule for this asset, including the key dates:
REEF Delisting Schedule
March 16, 2026 - Until this date, trading markets and deposits for REEF will remain fully accessible, allowing users to manage their REEF assets.
March 30, 2026, 12:00 CET - REEF withdrawals will be disabled, and the delisting process will be finalized. On this date, 100% of REEF funds will be removed from user balances according to the Digital Asset Delisting Regulations.
Important: If REEF funds are not withdrawn by March 30, 2026, we may be required to implement a paid custodial service in accordance with the Digital Asset Delisting Regulations.
Required Actions: To avoid permanent loss of funds, we strongly recommend selling your REEF units or withdrawing them to an external wallet supporting the Reef native network before March 30, 2026. Please note that after March 30, 2026, any remaining REEF funds on accounts will be removed and cannot be recovered.
What if you miss the March 30, 2026 deadline for withdrawal?
We understand that in exceptional circumstances, you may not be able to withdraw your REEF assets before the final delisting deadline. While the technical support for the Reef native network will be disabled on our platform, we want to assist our users in these situations.
For users who are unable to withdraw their REEF assets by March 30, 2026, we have prepared a special procedure:
Manual Conversion of Funds: After the deadline (March 30, 2026), any remaining REEF funds will be deducted from balances. To recover their value, you will need to directly contact our Support Team at: [email protected].
Exchange of Assets: Our team will convert the remaining REEF funds. Since this will be a manual process, we cannot guarantee a 1:1 exchange rate based on the historical value.
The amount received in the alternative currency will represent an approximate value of your funds on the conversion date, minus any potential transaction costs.
IMPORTANT: The offered exchange of funds by zondacrypto is available until April 30, 2026.
We encourage you to manage your funds independently before the designated deadline, ensuring full control over your withdrawal process and value.
