§ 4
Contest Tasks and Ranking Points
The Contest Tasks to be performed to participate in the Contest (hereinafter individually and collectively: "Contest Task") and to earn the highest number of Ranking Points, allowing Participants to be assigned respective places in the final Ranking of Winners, cumulatively involve performing the following Tasks (the fulfillment of only one of the Tasks indicated in points A and B below will not be considered effective participation in the Contest):
undertaking certain activities on the ZND Platform within the Loyalty Program by the Participant during the Contest period resulting from § 3(1) above, for which ZND Loyalty Points will be awarded (hereinafter referred to as "ZND Loyalty Points"). The activities that can be performed as part of this Contest Task and for which ZND Loyalty Points will be assigned and the Terms and Conditions for the award of such ZND Loyalty Points under the ZND Loyalty Program are set out in the general documents on the ZND Platform in the form of:
Regulations of the ZND Loyalty Program: https://assets.znd.co/agreements/pl/loyalty-program-agreement.pdf, and
ZND Loyalty Program Activity Table https://assets.znd.co/loyalty/pl/activities-table.pdf.
The Organiser stipulates that only the ZND Loyalty Points accumulated during the Contest (in accordance with § 3(1) of the Terms and Conditions) will be taken into account in the Contest, and therefore each Participant will have 0 (zero) points counting towards the Ranking Points in the Contest at its start (even if his/her ZND Loyalty Points balance on the ZND Account prior to the start of the Contest is actually higher). For this purpose, the Organiser will keep a separate summary of the ZND Loyalty Points accumulated by Participants during the Contest only and, therefore, counting towards the Ranking Points at the end of the Contest.
at the same time, the Participant’s undertaking certain activities through the Application, including in accordance with § 5(6) of these Terms and Conditions (activities undertaken outside the Application will not be considered as the completion of the Contest Task). Each of the individual Contest Tasks is assigned a specific number of Points (hereinafter: "Points from the Application"), which will then determine the Booster which a given Participant will obtain, to which his/her number of ZND Loyalty Points will be subject, under the terms described in § 4(2) of the Terms and Conditions. Each of the individual Contest Tasks can be completed a certain number of times, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions described in Table A below:
Table A
Ranking Points - i.e. the points that will constitute the final score entitling Participants to a specific place in the Winners' Ranking and to receive a specific Prize as part of this, in accordance with § 6 below, will be calculated as follows:
The points obtained for the Contest Task described in § 4(1)(A) above (ZND Loyalty Points) will be determined by adding up the number of points for the individual ZND Loyalty Program Activities obtained during the Contest period only (resulting from § 3(1) above);
The points earned in the Contest Task described in § 4(1)(B) above will be determined on the basis of the score obtained by the Participants within the Application during the Contest (resulting from § 3(1) above);
Subsequently, on the basis of the number of points obtained pursuant to § 4(2)(b) above (within the scope of the Contest Task in the Application), the Organiser will award to the Participants - according to the Terms and Conditions set out in § 4(2)(d) below - according to the amount of points thus obtained, an appropriate multiplier - “Booster” (hereinafter the "Booster"), by which the points obtained pursuant to § 4(2)(a) (ZND Loyalty Points) will then be multiplied in order to determine the final amount of Ranking Points entitling to obtain the respective Prizes;
The Terms and Conditions on the basis of which Participants will be allocated a given Booster are set out in the Attachment to these Terms and Conditions (“Table B”, which is available here);
It is stipulated that only those Participants who have managed to accumulate 1,000 or more ZND Loyalty Points within the framework of ZND Loyalty Points, determined on the basis of the Terms and Conditions described in § 4 (2) (a) above, during the duration of the Contest, will be considered for the Winners' Ranking;
the number of ZND Loyalty Points earned prior to the start of the Contest within the ZND Platform Account will not be taken into account in determining the number of Ranking Points and the fulfilment of the requirement referred to in paragraph 2(e) above;
Therefore, with the above in mind, the Ranking Points, on the basis of which the Winners' Ranking will be determined, will be calculated as the multiplication of the ZND Loyalty Points accumulated in the Contest and the Booster obtained for the number of Application Points earned in the Contest, and will therefore be as follows (the figures and data provided are examples only and are not binding in determining the final result of the Contest):
Participant X was awarded - within the framework of the ZND Loyalty Program during the Contest - 15.000 points. According to the points ranking from the Application, he ranked (for example) 1st, so his Loyalty Points were multiplied by a Booster of x10 - and he thus gained 150.000 Ranking Points.
Participant Y scored - 1,000 points within the ZND Loyalty Program during the Contest and was ranked 10th within the tasks in the Application. However, he did not meet the requirement indicated in § 4.2(e) and was therefore not qualified for the Winners' Ranking and his points could not be multiplied by the Booster..
Participant Z was awarded 40,000 points as part of the ZND Loyalty Program during the Contest. According to the points ranking in the Application, he ranked (for example) 7th, so his Loyalty Points were multiplied by a Booster of x8 - and thus he obtained 320,000 Ranking Points.
§ 5
Contest Rules
The proper completion of the Contest Task is deemed to be the completion of at least the first of the Contest Tasks described in § 4(1)(A) and (B) of the Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the rules stipulated in this paragraph and the fulfilment of all the Contest requirements indicated in § 4 and § 2.
The Contest is open to all, i.e. anyone who meets the requirements set out in the Regulations may enter.
The Contest Task may be performed during the Contest, within the time specified in § 3(1) of the Regulations, but only until its official end. Completion of the Contest Task after the time specified above will not be taken into account by the Organiser.
After the end of the Contest, all Participants who have completed the Contest Tasks (in whole or in part) specified in § 4 of the Regulations and met all the requirements specified in the Regulations (hereinafter: the "Winner") will receive the prize in the corresponding part, in accordance with § 6 of the Regulations (hereinafter: the "Prize").
In determining the Winners, the Contest Commission shall at the same time decide on the awarding of a given Prize in the Contest to a given Winner, following the criteria described in the Regulations and verifying the fulfilment of the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the exclusion of such Participant from the Contest and the awarding of the Prize to another Participant, and may also result in the forfeiture of the Prize to the Organiser (in the event of there being no Participants meeting the conditions for the award of the Prize).
Each Winner who receives a Booster in connection with the performance of the Contest Tasks as described in § 4(1)(B) (Table A and B) shall furthermore be required to provide an email address within the Application, which corresponds to the email address used on the Platforms, in order to establish the identity of the Winner and to enable the Organiser to provide him with the Prize in this respect. Failure to comply with this requirement shall mean that the Prize may be awarded to another Winner, but this is reserved as a right and not an obligation of the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or to deprive the right to the Prize - also after the end of the Contest - Participants whose actions violate the law, good customs or the Regulations, in particular Participants who do not act personally, but through third parties, and who use different accounts on Platforms or Social Media to act on behalf of the same Participant.
In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest, the Organiser may contact the Participant using the means of communication used by the Participant. During such contact, the Organiser may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding his/her participation in the Contest.
Once the Organiser has ascertained the information concerning the Winners of the Contest and has positively verified that they meet the requirements of the Contest, the Prize shall be transferred to them, at the time and in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated in § 3(3) and § 6 of these Terms and Conditions.
The Winners of the Contest shall be announced as part of the Winners' Ranking published on Social Media on the date specified in § 3(2) of the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Winners' Ranking"), after all the Participants' Ranking Points have been calculated in accordance with § 4(2) of the Terms and Conditions and after the Commission has assessed whether all Participants have fulfilled the criteria specified in § 4 and § 2 of the Terms and Conditions, entitling them to be awarded the Prize.
The number of Winners in the Winner's Ranking shall depend on the number of Participants who have correctly fulfilled the criterion set out in § 4(2)(e) - i.e. the Winner's Ranking shall only include those Participants who have at least 1.000 ZND Loyalty Points earned during the Contest at the end of the Contest.
At the same time, in the course of the Contest - at weekly intervals - the Organiser will publish on Social Media, in the form of a partially anonymised Ranking, information on how many ZND Loyalty Points the Participants have accumulated so far within the Contest. Such information will only include data on ZND Loyalty Points collected as part of the Contest and therefore will not include data on ZND Loyalty Points collected outside the Contest or Points from the Application. Information on how many Points the Participant has accumulated from the Application will be available to the Participant within his/her account on the Application.
§ 6

The Prizes will be allocated to the Winners in the amount corresponding to their place in the Winners' Ranking (the first place in the Ranking will receive the most ZND Tokens, the following places will receive relatively less). With the above in mind, the Organiser is not in a position to determine the amount of Prizes for each place in the Winners' Ranking before the end of the Contest and such amount will depend on the number of Participants included in the final Winners' Ranking.

The mZND Points of a given Winner will be appropriately secured in the form of being assigned to his/her wallet on the ZND Platform.
The Organiser reserves the exclusive right to determine the number of ZND Tokens (and mZND points, respectively) allocated to each Winner, taking into account their division among all Winners included in the Winners' Ranking, in relation to the places they took in this Ranking, i.e. the higher in the Ranking, the greater the number of ZND Tokens allocated to a given Winner.
The Organiser informs that the condition for awarding the Prizes is to have full verification of the Participant's account on the Platforms (ZND and zondacrypto, respectively) on the date of said award, participation in the ZND Loyalty Program (in the case of the Prize indicated in § 6(1)(b)) and compliance of his/her actions with the content of the Regulations.
The Organiser makes no guarantee regarding the value of the ZND Token.
The receipt of ZND Tokens as part of the Contest does not require the Participants to make any purchase or payment for the ZND Tokens allocated to him/her. The Organiser shall not charge any fee and/or commission for the allocation of ZND Tokens to a Participant's wallet. The above applies only to the one-time allocation of ZND Tokens to a Participant as part of the Contest and does not apply to the Participant's subsequent standalone actions on his/her account, including those related to the ZND Token.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in favour of the Winners (by awarding additional prizes).
The Winner may be required to provide the Organiser in a private message with any data required by the Organiser, necessary to determine the ownership of accounts on the Platforms, in accordance with § 2 of these Regulations, in order to correctly assign the Prize to the Winner, as well as any other data necessary to determine the Winner's correct participation in the Contest.
In the event that the above information obligations are not fulfilled within the timeframe indicated by the Organiser, the Winner may forfeit the right to the Prize. In such a case, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant, chosen by the Contest Commission.
It is not possible to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties. It is not possible to pay the equivalent of the Prize in any FIAT currency or cryptocurrency.
The Prize may be surrendered by submitting a statement to the Organiser at the e-mail address [email protected]. In the event that the Winner withdraws from the Prize, the Organiser reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant.
