Due to reasons beyond our control, we’ve been forced to make the difficult decision to delist BitcoinSV (BSV) and Neumark (NEU) from the Zonda exchange.
With regards to BSV, the project has proposed new changes which could result in a dangerous level of centralization which threatens the security of the network. In regards to NEU, the project founders no longer support the currency and it has minimal activity.
Due to the delisting of the above cryptocurrencies, you are advised to withdraw them before 17.02.2023.
On 19.12.2022 at 11:00 am (GMT+1), we will stop deposits of the following coins and remove their markets:

In order to assist our users while we delist these cryptocurrencies, their full withdrawal will be available until 17.02.2023.
Further withdrawals will also be possible between 17.02.2023 and 17.06.2023, however, balances will be reduced by 20% each month, calculated on the amount as of 19.12.2022.
Delisting schedule:
19.12.2022 at 11:00 am (GMT+1) - We will block all deposits of BSV and NEU and cancel all related orders. All open orders will be closed and the funds allocated to them will be returned to users' wallets. Funds in the affiliate program will be transferred to users' wallets.
If you have not withdrawn your funds by 17.02.2023, we reserve the right to deposit them in negative-rate accounts as per the scheme below.
Each month your account balance will be reduced by 20% compared to the amount on 19.12.2022.
17.02.2023 - 16.03.2023 - the amount will be reduced by 20% and 80% of the funds will remain in your account compared to the balance on 19.12.2022.
17.03.2023 - 16.04.2023 - the amount will be reduced by another 20% and 60% of the funds will remain in your account compared to the balance on 19.12.2022.
17.04.2023 - 16.05.2023 - the amount will be reduced by another 20% and 40% of the funds will remain in your account compared to the balance on 19.12.2022.
17.05.2023 - 16.06.2023 - the amount will be reduced by another 20% and 20% of the funds will remain in your account compared to the balance on 19.12.2022.
After 17.06.2023 - all funds will be written off.
Note: Our team will make every effort to ensure that the balances on all user accounts update automatically. In the event that an update of your account balance does not occur automatically, you will have to submit an instruction as indicated in §3 section 7 of our regulations.
Upon partial withdrawal, the above rules will apply to the funds remaining in the portfolio balances. If the user orders a deposit to the current deposit address, the situation will be considered individually.
