Terms and Conditions of the Contest: "2026 New Year’s resolutions contest with Valtteri Bottas"
§ 1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "T&Cs") set out the rules for the "2026 New Year's resolutions contest with Valtteri Bottas" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest").
The Contest is organized by BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Tallinn, address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office no. 10), entered in the register of entrepreneurs under number 14814864, (hereinafter referred to as: "Organizer") operating the website (https://zondacrypto.com/), through which it provides services in the form of operating a cryptocurrency exchange (hereinafter referred to as: "Platform") in cooperation with the ambassador of zondacrypto - Valtteri Bottas.
The tasks of the Contest Organizer include ongoing supervision of the Contest, in particular whether there is a risk of violation of the Contest rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions in connection with the Contest.
The Organizer also applies definitions in these Contest T&Cs that are consistent with the definitions contained in the rules available at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zonda-exchange, including in particular the Terms and Conditions of Service of zondacrypto (https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/terms-and-conditions-of-service), to which reference is hereby made in this regard.
The Contest is conducted via the Organizer's social media on the "TikTok" platform - profile run under the name "zondacrypto": https://www.tiktok.com/@zondacrypto (hereinafter referred to as: "Social Media").
Links to the Contest may also be shared for informational purposes on other zondacrypto social media profiles, including: Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/zondacrypto/), X (https://x.com/zondacrypto and https://twitter.com/zondacryptopl), Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/zondacryptopolska and https://www.facebook.com/zondacrypto/).The Contest is aimed at Social Media users. The purpose of the Contest is to reward Participants for actively following the Organizer's social media and to engage Participants through active participation during the Contest Duration.
The Contest will be held on the above-mentioned social media platforms. The Organizer emphasizes that the Contest is not created, administered, or sponsored by the above-mentioned social media platforms.
The Organizer of the Contest is the sole sponsor of the prize in the Contest.
The Contest does not constitute a cash lottery, raffle, promotional lottery, or any other game of chance or mutual betting within the meaning of Article 2 of the Act of November 19, 2009, on gambling (Journal of Laws No. 201, item 1540, as amended).
All information about the Contest available in advertising materials is for informational purposes only.
§ 2. Participation in the Contest
The Contest is intended exclusively for natural persons – recipients of Social Media who are of legal age (who are at least 18 years old) and who reside in countries/regions served by the zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange operated by the Organizer (unacceptable countries/regions are listed at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/non-acceptable-countries).
Only a natural person who has an active profile/account on the "TikTok" platform in accordance with the terms and conditions of this portal (hereinafter referred to as the "Participant") may become a Participant in the Contest.
Participation in the Contest is only possible in person, and therefore it is not permissible to participate in the Contest on behalf of third parties. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the Participants of the Contest and, in the event of reasonable doubts as to whether the above conditions are met, to refuse the Participant a prize in the Contest on this basis.
Only entries submitted independently by the author (Contest Participant) may be submitted to the Contest.
Employees, members of the authorities and representatives of the Organizer and other entities directly involved in the preparation and conduct of the Contest, as well as persons cooperating with the above-mentioned entities on a permanent basis on a basis other than an employment relationship, and members of their immediate families, i.e., ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses, and persons related to them by adoption.
The condition for participation in the Contest is acceptance of these T&Cs and expression of willingness to participate in the Contest by submitting a contest entry in the form of fulfilling all contest requirements on the Organizer's social media profiles mentioned above.
Participants who enter the Contest in accordance with the preceding paragraphs are required to read these T&Cs, as well as the Terms of Service of zondacrypto (if applicable). Entry into the Contest is tantamount to acceptance of these T&Cs.
Participation in the Contest is entirely voluntary and free of charge.
Participation in the Contest and the related provision of personal data is entirely voluntary, based on the consent expressed by the Participant - in accordance with § 9(2)(a) of these T&Cs.
In the event of winning the Prize referred to in § 5 below, the Participant also agrees to the publication of their first and last name or the name of their profile used on Social Media, as part of a post/announcement created by the Organizer regarding the end of the Contest and the selection of winners, on the Organizer's profile on the above-mentioned Social Media. Social Media.
§ 3. Duration of the Contest
The Contest begins on January 9, 2026, at the time of its announcement on the Organizer's Social Media and will last until January 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CET (hereinafter referred to as: "Contest Duration").
The results of the Contest will be announced within a maximum of 7 days after its end. The winners of the Contest will be notified of their win within this period by the Organizer publishing a winning post on the social media where the Contest is organized and through which the Participant submitted their entry, or in the form of a private message from the Organizer.
The prize will be awarded to the Winner provided that the Winner contacts the Organizer in a private message and provides all the information necessary to award the prize in the Contest. In order for the Prize to be awarded to the Winner, the Winner is required to contact the Organizer immediately within 72 hours of the publication of the post announcing the results of the Contest, and then immediately provide the Organizer with all contact details specified by the Organizer in a private message.
§ 4. Contest T&Cs
The Contest task consists of the Participant completing the following Contest tasks (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Task"):
follow the Organizer's profile on the "TikTok" platform: https://www.tiktok.com/@zondacrypto;
share your New Year's resolutions related to racing or PS5 that you want to achieve in January in a comment on the Organizer's Contest post on the TikTok platform, tagging them with #BOTTASRESOLUTIONS
(hereinafter collectively referred to as: "Contest Entry" or "Entry").
The Contest is open to the public.
Completing any of the Contest Tasks after the Contest Duration has ended will result in such Contest Entry not being considered by the Organizer.
If a Participant completes only some of the Contest Tasks or posts a comment on a platform other than the one indicated by the Organizer (TikTok), the Organizer may consider the Entry to be incorrect or incomplete.
Contest Entries will be evaluated by the Contest Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), which will consist of representatives of the Organizer and persons appointed by the Organizer, including the zondacrypto ambassador - Valtteri Bottas, as specified in § 7 of the T&Cs.
After the end of the Contest, the Commission, which will include Valtteri Bottas, will select three (3) winners from among the Participants who have completed all the Contest Tasks specified in § 4(1) of the T&Cs and whose contest answers described in § 4(2) are considered by the Commission to be the best, and who meet the participation criteria specified in § 2 of the T&Cs (hereinafter referred to as: "Winners" or individually "Winner").
As part of the Contest, the Winners will be awarded prizes described in § 5 of the T&Cs (hereinafter referred to as: "Prize"), depending on their place in the Contest.
The Commission will award prizes to three people, taking into account all correct Contest Entries, three people, based on the evaluation of all Contest Entries that meet the conditions of these T&Cs, taking into account criteria such as: ingenuity, creativity, originality, interest of the Commission, the Participant's knowledge of racing and the PlayStation 5 console, the form of presenting their interest in racing and the zondacrypto Platform, the manner in which the Participant's answer was formulated.
The answers of the Participants who, in the opinion of the Contest Commission, provided the most interesting and creative Contest answers (winning answers) will win. The decision in this regard will be made solely by the Contest Commission reviewing the submitted entries.
When selecting the Winners, the Commission will also decide on the awarding of a given Prize in the Contest to a given Winner, based on the criteria indicated in the preceding sentence and assessing whether the Winner meets the conditions set out in § 2 and § 4 of the T&Cs.
The Winners of the Contest will be announced by posting the winning entry on the Organizer's Social Media, indicating the first and last name or username of the Participant who submitted the winning Entry. When announcing the results, the Organizer will ask the Winner to contact them via private message on the social media platform where the Contest results were announced (TikTok). Once contact has been established, the Organizer will provide further instructions in order to determine all the information necessary to send the Prize to the Winner and to enable the Winner to use it properly.
The Winner is obliged to contact the Organizer immediately via private message on the social media platform where the announcement of the Contest results was posted, no later than within 72 hours of the announcement of the Contest results, under pain of losing the right to the Prize entirely. Failure to contact the Organizer within this period will be tantamount to the possibility of selecting another Winner, which is reserved as a right and not an obligation of the Organizer.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or deprive of the right to the Prize Participants whose actions are contrary to the law, good manners, or the T&Cs, in particular Participants who:
do not act personally, but through third parties;
use different accounts on the Organizer's platform to act on behalf of/register the same Participant;
if third-party claims have been made in relation to their Contest Entry,
come from a country/region not served by the zondacrypto cryptocurrency exchange (in accordance with § 2(1) of the T&Cs).
In order to clarify any doubts related to the Participant's activity in the Contest, the Organizer may contact the Participant using the means of communication provided by them; during such contact, the Organizer may expect the Participant to provide detailed information regarding their participation in the Contest.
By entering the Contest, the Participant declares that their Contest Entry does not contain any content that violates the law or is contrary to good manners, in particular, it does not violate the rights of third parties, does not incite violence or intolerance, and does not contain profanity or advertising content of third parties.
§ 5. Prizes
As part of the Contest, subject to § 5(2) of the T&Cs, the following prizes will be awarded:
for 1st place - Sony PlayStation 5 Slim console (AMD Ryzen Zen 2 processor (8 cores, 3.5 GHz), AMD RDNA 2.0 graphics chip (2360 MHz), 16 GB GDDR6 RAM, 1TB SSD drive) + 1 DualSense wireless controller + a physical copy of F1 2025 game (PS5 version) + an XL set of zondacrypto gadgets;
for 2nd place - a physical copy of F1 2025 game (PS5 version) + an XL set of zondacrypto gadgets;
for 3rd place - a physical copy of F1 2025 game (PS5 version) + an L set of zondacrypto gadgets,
hereinafter referred to as the "Prize" or "Prizes."
The Commission shall independently award places 1. to 3. to the Winners, at its own discretion and in accordance with the criteria set out in § 4(8-9) of the T&Cs.
The prize for places 1-3 is awarded in the amount of 1 item for each place taken. One Contest Winner is entitled to only one Prize.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the number of Prizes in favor of the Winners (by awarding additional prizes).
It is not possible to transfer the right to the Prize to third parties.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents or other services covered by the Organizer's offer.
It is possible to decline the Prize. If the Winner declines the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant indicated by the Commission.
The Prize will be sent to the Winner of the Contest immediately after it is received by the Organizer, within 30 days of the announcement of the results. The Prize will be delivered to the Winner via postal operator or courier to the address indicated by the Winner in private contact with the Organizer, in accordance with § 4 sections 11 and 12 of the T&Cs.
In order to receive the Prize, the winner is required to send a private message to the Organizer, in accordance with the Organizer's instructions, containing all the information necessary to deliver the Prize, i.e.:
first and last name,
email address,
phone number,
address to which the Prize is to be delivered.
If the above information is not provided within the specified time limit, the Winner will lose their right to the Prize. In such a case, the Organizer reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant selected by the Contest Commission.
The Organizer is not responsible for incorrectly provided data for the shipment of Material Prizes. In the event of a return of a shipment addressed in accordance with the data provided by the Winner, the Material Prize shall be forfeited and remain at the disposal of the Organizer.
If the Winner declines the Prize and fails to collect it, the Organizer reserves the right to award the Prize to another Participant selected by the Commission.
§ 6. Organizer's liability
The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to deliver the Prize to the Winner for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, including in connection with the provision of incorrect contact details, as well as in connection with events of force majeure. In such a case, the Winner will be informed of the above circumstances in a private message or will be asked to contact the Organizer in a comment under the contest post.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any random events preventing Participants from taking part in the Contest.
The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to collect the Prize if the Participant fails to meet the deadline specified in § 4(12) of the T&Cs.
The Participant is solely responsible for the content of the Contest Entry submitted to the Organizer on Social Media and, in this respect, releases the Organizer from any liability to third parties whose rights have been infringed by the publication of the Contest Entry on its websites or by the use of the solution in a manner inconsistent with these T&Cs.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any claims by the Winner related to expectations regarding the Prizes. The Winner is entitled to submit complaints on their own behalf directly to the entities responsible for creating the Prizes.
§ 7. Contest Commission
The correctness of the Contest will be supervised by a Commission appointed by the Organizer, consisting of two persons selected by the Organizer and additionally Valtteri Bottas.
The tasks of the Commission referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include, in particular:
verifying that a given Participant meets all the conditions for participation in the Contest,
evaluating Contest Entries and selecting the Winner in accordance with the criteria described in the T&Cs,
awarding Prizes to the Winners,
considering complaints from Participants in accordance with §8 of the T&Cs.
§ 8. Complaints
Complaints related to participation in the Contest may be submitted by Participants:
by post, to the address of the zondacrypto headquarters (Tähesaju tee 9, Tallinn, 13917, Estonia); or
by email to: [email protected]; or
by completing the form: https://zondacrypto.com/en/helpdesk/contact-page.
Complaints must be submitted immediately after the occurrence of an event giving rise to the Participant's objection, but no later than 14 days after the end of the Contest (for complaints sent by registered mail, the date of the postmark is decisive).
The complaint should contain all the information specified in the Terms and Conditions available on the zondacrypto platform at https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zonda-exchange, including § 18 of the Terms and Conditions of Service, in connection with the Complaint Procedure on the zondacrypto platform, available at: https://zondacrypto.com/documents/d/guest/complaint-procedure-en-docx.
The complaint procedure is conducted in accordance with the procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions referred to in section 3 of this paragraph, including the Terms and Conditions of Service - § 18. Detailed rules for the complaint procedure can be found in a separate document referred to in the Terms and Conditions of Service - Complaint Procedure on the zondacrypto Platform, available at: https://zondacrypto.com/documents/d/guest/complaint-procedure-en-docx.
Complaints will be considered by the Organizer.
§ 9. Personal Data
The controller of personal data is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office no. 10), a company under Estonian law, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number: 14814864 (hereinafter referred to as: "Data Controller").
The Data Controller processes the personal data of Contest Participants and Winners on the basis of:
consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: "GDPR");
fulfilling the legal obligation incumbent on the Data Controller within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR with regard to the obligation to store accounting documents;
the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, consisting in particular in responding to any complaints or claims submitted as a result of this Contest.
All data of Participants and Winners of the Contest obtained by the Organizer will be deleted or anonymized within 60 days from the date of the end of the Contest or sending the Prize to the Winner of the Contest. This does not apply to data processed in connection with the provision of services within the Organizer's Platform.
The data of Participants and Winners of the Contest will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the preceding point, with the exception of data that will be necessary to fulfill the legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller and to pursue the legitimate interests of the Data Controller, necessary to consider complaints or other forms of claims submitted by Customers, Participants or Winners of the Contest, as well as for the purposes of possible court or administrative proceedings.
The data is protected by technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable regulations.
The Data Controller processes only personal data provided by the Participant or Winner of the Contest. The personal data of Participants/Winners of the Contest are not subject to automated decision-making for the purposes of the Contest.
For the purposes of the Contest, personal data will be made available to companies affiliated with the Data Controller, i.e. Orion Software sp. z o. o. and Expofer Servis House s.r.o.
Contest participants have the right to:
request the Data Controller to access personal data concerning the data subject, rectify, delete or restrict processing, and the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer data;
lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, 39 Tatari, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, if the Participant believes that their personal data is being processed unlawfully;
All requests, questions, and demands related to the processing of Data should be addressed to the Data Protection Officer appointed by the Controller: [email protected].
§ 10. Intellectual property rights
By participating in the Contest, the Participant simultaneously declares that he/she is the sole creator of the Contest Entry and that he/she holds full moral and economic rights to the Contest Entry. The Participant further declares that the Contest Entries submitted by them do not infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, related rights, image rights, or other intellectual property rights.
Upon announcement of the Contest Winner, the Winner transfers to the Contest Organizer all copyrights to the submitted entry, in all fields of exploitation, including in particular:
the right to record and reproduce the Entry in any form,
the right to publish, distribute, and use the Submission in materials promoting the Contest and the Organizer's activities, including on websites, social media, printed materials, etc.
The winner declares that the submitted Contest Entry is not subject to any third-party claims, and the Organizer shall not be liable for any third-party claims related to the use of the entry in the Contest.
The winner agrees to the free use of their Contest Entry in accordance with the above provisions, without the need to pay any remuneration.
§ 11. Final Provisions
These T&Cs are the only document specifying the detailed rules of the Contest.
The Organizer is entitled to change the content of the T&Cs, either in part or in whole, at any time for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, as well as when such a change is made solely for the benefit of the Participants (including by adding additional Prizes, extending the Duration of the Contest and the possibility of submitting a Contest Entry, facilitating Participants' access to participation in the Contest and the possibility of obtaining a Prize). Participants will be informed of any planned changes to the T&Cs through an appropriate communication channel, e.g., via Social Media.
Any changes to the T&Cs will take effect from the moment they are published on the Organizer's website.
If the Participant does not accept the changes to the T&Cs, they should withdraw from the Contest.
Participation in the Contest after the Terms and Conditions have been changed shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
The T&Cs are available for the duration of the Contest on the Organizer's website (zondacrypto.com) and at the Organizer's headquarters.
Any doubts regarding the rules, conditions, and duration of the Contest, the provisions of its T&Cs, and their interpretation shall be resolved by the Organizer. Such a decision by the Organizer does not deprive the complainant of the right to pursue claims under the provisions of law.

In matters not covered by these T&Cs, the provisions of the Organizer's T&Cs and generally applicable laws shall apply.
In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these T&Cs and the provisions of the Organizer's T&Cs, the provisions of these T&Cs shall apply.
These T&Cs shall be effective as of January 9, 2026.
