ZND token – foundations and mission

To understand how the ZND token completes our ecosystem, we would like to start by reminding you of the elements it consists of. The central point is zondacrypto – the largest exchange in Central and Eastern Europe, which provides a secure, fully regulated platform for exchanging assets in both desktop and mobile versions. Its products are used by 1.3 million users, whose operations generated €37 million in revenue between 2021 and 2024. The platform has assets worth €520 million. The monthly number of active users is 180,000. 
 

The exchange is connected with ZEN, which supports express transfers of fiat funds. Another component is zondacrypto pay, a solution for entrepreneurs to accept crypto payments, which is also stationary via an app that is a POS terminal. The ecosystem is completed by the aforementioned ZND platform, providing a variety of passive crypto-earning opportunities. 

How, then, can the ZND token be described most simply? It is the fuel that drives this entire ecosystem. It is a reflection of investor confidence in the story that zondacrypto and ICEO Group have written together. It completes a range of products designed to invite cryptocurrencies into everyday life, maximising their adoption by making them understandable, accessible, and convenient to use. 

ZND token – utilities

The ZND token develops an ecosystem by offering the following opportunities for multiplication funds and usabilities: 

• The possibility of staking and farming the asset. 

• Rewards from a special pool to reward long-term holders and the most active users of the ecosystem through a loyalty programme. 

• Rewards within the affiliate programme. 

• Covering transaction fees on the ZND platform. 

• Access to premium subscription models as part of the Earn service.

• Ability to trade a wider range of crypto-assets and access unique collections in the 'Trade' service (unique collections are different cryptocurrencies collected in baskets. Each basket contains assets from one category).

• The basic unit of account in all mechanisms on the platform.

Key information for investors

The public issue of the ZND token is scheduled for 18.07.2024, the first of four planned rounds. The aim is to raise €12,207,000 by issuing a total of ZND 189,000,000. The total supply of tokens is 700,000,000 units. The ZND token is deflationary, meaning that further asset pieces will not be minted. ZND is based on the ERC-20 standard, and its consensus algorithm is Proof-of-Stake. This aims to ensure optimal security, decentralisation, and scalability for the project.
