New Travel Rule Form on zondacrypto!

The current form will be replaced by a new travel form soon, intuitive widget form powered by Notabene. When depositing crypto on zondacrypto, users are required to fill out the Travel Rule Form, a notification will appear directly in the app or web version, and an email will also be sent. Here's everything you need to know!

What's Changing?

1. New User-Friendly Interface

We're introducing an intuitive travel rule form designed to simplify your experience.

2. Updated Terminology for Travel rule fields

• "I am the sender" → “Myself”

• "Private person" → “Another individual”

• "Company" → “A business or organization”
   

Detailed Changes to Form Fields

For option "Another Individual" Deposits:

• Full Name: Replaces separate "First name" and "Last name" fields.

• Date of Birth: Unchanged.

• Place of Birth: Previously "Country of birth".

• Address Line: Replaces "Street, building, suite number".

• Town Name: Replaces "City".

• Country: Unchanged.

• National Identifier & National Identifier Type: Replaces "Document number" and "Document type".

• Country of Issue: New mandatory field indicating the issuing country of your identity document.

• Registration Authority: New optional field 

For "A Business or Organization" Deposits:

• Full Name: Replaces "Registered name".

• Address Line: Replaces "Street, building, suite number".

• Town Name: Replaces "City".

• Country: Unchanged.

• National Identifier & National Identifier Type: Replaces previous "Identifier" fields.

• Country of Issue: New mandatory field, visible unless National Identifier Type = Legal Entity Identifier (LEIX).

• Registration Authority: New mandatory field when National Identifier Type = LEIX.
   

Wallet Selection Feature

The new widget includes an easy-to-use wallet selection feature, clearly categorizing wallets as either:

• Exchange-hosted wallets

• Self-hosted wallets (e.g., Ledger)

This allows quicker and clearer identification of your wallet source.
 

Stablecoin Deposit Update

Deposits in stablecoins will now only be possible by verified account owners with full KYC verification. This change is part of ongoing improvements to ensure consistency across our services.

When Does This Take Effect?
