Regulations of the Promotion Additional Affiliate Bonus

§ 1
General provisions
These Regulations of the Promotion “Additional Affiliate Bonus” (hereinafter referred to as “Regulations”) define the rules of participation and conditions that must be met in order to take advantage of the promotion “Additional Affiliate Bonus” (hereinafter also referred to as “Promotion”), on the basis of which Participants of the zondacrypto Affiliate Program (hereinafter also referred to as “Participants” or individually “Participant”), who actively participate in the Program in accordance with the provisions of the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, receive an Additional Bonus during the Promotion Period in the form of a prize of appropriate value in the Crypto Asset selected by the Promotion Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Additional Bonus”) .
The Promotion is organised by the Affiliate Program Organizer, which is the operator of the zondacrypto trading platform: BB Trade Estonia OÜ, with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 13917 ESTONIA, registered in the commercial register under number: 14814864, VAT number: EE102200164 (also referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Promotion is being held in connection with the Organizer's marketing campaign, which aims to encourage active participation and promote zondacrypto in the Affiliate Program organised within the Platform. The beneficiaries of the Promotion are active participants in the zondacrypto Affiliate Program (also known as the “Affiliate Program”).
To the content of these Regulations, in matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Affiliate Program, available at: https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/terms-and-conditions-affiliate-program (hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions”), shall apply directly.
The Organizer also uses definitions in these Regulations that are consistent with the definitions contained in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and the zondacrypto Terms and Conditions of Service (https://zondacrypto.com/en/legal/zondacrypto-exchange/terms-and-conditions-of-service) (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions of Service”), to which reference is hereby made in this regard.
The promotion is not a game of chance, raffle, mutual betting, game, or promotional lottery, the outcome of which depends on chance within the meaning of the generally applicable laws on gambling.
§ 2
Participation in the Promotion
In order to participate in the Promotion and receive the Additional Bonus, the Affiliate Program Participant must, as part of their participation in the Affiliate Program, meet the criteria described in these Regulations during the Duration of the Promotion, as specified in § 3(1) of the Regulations.
Taking part of the Promotion and receiving the Additional Bonus is only possible during the Participant's active participation in the Affiliate Program, in accordance with the rules specified in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Suspension or termination of participation in the Affiliate Program for any reason specified in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, whether initiated by the Program Participant or the Program Organizer, shall result in automatic suspension or termination of participation in the Promotion and eligibility to receive the Additional Bonus. The rules regarding suspension and termination of participation in the Affiliate Program are set out in § 14 of the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, to which the Organizer refers in this regard.
Each Participant may take part in the Promotion only once in a given Calendar Month, based on the number of Referred Clients assigned to their Account in the Affiliate Program for the previous Calendar Month. If the Participant has not accumulated the required number of Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month, as specified in § 5 of these Regulations, entitling them to take part of the Promotion, they will not be entitled to receive the Additional Bonus for the previous Month.
If the Participant's actions violate these Regulations, the Organizer's terms and conditions, generally applicable laws, or if the Participant has taken any actions that negatively affect the security of the Organizer's operations, harm other Participants or Referred Clients, or are intended to circumvent the rules applied by the Organizer, or any dishonest behavior, including, but not limited to, falsification of data, the Organizer has the right to suspend or limit the Promotion for such Participant, as well as refuse to pay the Additional Bonus to such Participant.
§ 3
Promotion Rules
The Promotion shall run from the moment of its announcement (i.e., from February 1, 2026) until its cancellation by the Organizer (referred to as the “Duration of the Promotion”).
The Organizer is entitled to cancel the Promotion at any time, provided that the Organizer informs the Participants about the cancellation of the Promotion by posting such information on the Organizer's Platform 7 days before the end of the Promotion.
If a Customer Account closure request or Affiliate Program termination request is submitted before the Additional Bonus is awarded, the Promotion shall cease to apply to the specific Program Participant who submitted such a request.
In cases not covered by these Regulations, the Organizer's liability under the Promotion shall be subject to the rules set out in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions, to which the Organizer refers in this regard.
The Organizer shall not be liable for price fluctuations of the selected Crypto-Asset that occur after the price has been determined in accordance with § 4 of these Regulations or after the Additional Bonus has been transferred to the Participant's wallet.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any damage caused by a decrease in the value of the Bonus, and any claims for the difference in the value of funds invested or awarded as part of the Bonus due to changes in the prices of crypto-assets are excluded.
The Organizer is responsible for the proper conduct of the Promotion in accordance with the provisions of law.
The Organizer reserves that the withdrawal of funds from the Customer's Account on the Trading Platform is not possible until the account has been fully verified in the KYC process.
§ 4
Principles for granting and form of the Additional Bonus
As part of the Promotion, the Participant can be granted an Additional Bonus, which is an amount exceeding the standard Commission resulting from the Affiliate Program, paid in a Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as “Crypto-asset”).
The basis for calculating the Additional Bonus is solely the number of newly acquired Referred Clients in the Calendar Month preceding the month the Additional Bonus is calculated. When determining whether a Program Participant is eligible for the Additional Bonus, the number of new Referred Clients accumulated in the previous Calendar Month includes only those acquired via the specific Participant's Referral Link, who were automatically added to the Program statistics and who have simultaneously completed identity verification for their zondacrypto Platform Account.
The assignment of a Referred Client to a Program Participant is carried out according to the rules set forth in § 5 of the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
The amount of the Additional Bonus in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer shall be the equivalent of a specific amount (expressed in fiat currency) corresponding to the Affiliate Level achieved by the Participant, pursuant to the rules specified in § 5 of these Regulations.
The Additional Bonus is paid out in the form of the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer. The Organizer retains the exclusive right to decide which Crypto-asset will be transferred to the Participant as a Bonus in a given settlement period.
The conversion of the Additional Bonus value into the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer will take place on the first day of the Calendar Month at 00:00 UTC, based on the average market rate of the given Crypto-asset at that time (available on CMC (CoinMarketCap) or, if unavailable on CMC, on zondacrypto). This rate will be applied as the effective rate for the Bonus payout for that month. In exceptional cases, the Program Organizer reserves the right to change the time at which the effective rate is determined, of which Participants will be appropriately notified, including via relevant announcements on the Platform.
The Organizer stipulates that the Additional Bonus will be automatically credited to the balance of the Affiliate Program Participant’s Account on the Trading Platform.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit or entirely exclude the calculation and payout of the Additional Bonus in a specific Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer if a Delisting has been announced for that asset (a Delisting Announcement as defined in the zondacrypto Delisting Regulation for Digital Assets). The Organizer will notify Program Participants of such circumstances via email with at least 7 days' notice.
In the event described in section 8 above, the Program Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation for the exclusion of the possibility to accrue the Additional Bonus in the given Crypto-asset.
The first Additional Bonus will be paid in the Calendar Month following the Month in which the Promotion began. This Bonus is awarded for the results achieved by the Participant in the first Calendar Month of the Duration of the Promotion.
§ 5
Amount of the Additional Bonus
The amount of the Additional Bonus is determined on the basis of the following calculations:
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 6-10 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 2), they will receive the equivalent of USD 5 (five dollars) in the Crypto Asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 11-20 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 3), they will receive the equivalent of USD 10 (ten dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 21-50 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 4), they will receive the equivalent of USD 20 (twenty dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 51-100 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 5), they will receive the equivalent of USD 50 (fifty dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 101-300 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 6), they will receive the equivalent of USD 100 (one hundred dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 301-500 new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 7), they will receive the equivalent of USD 300 (three hundred dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer;
if the Program Participant brings the Organizer 501 or more new Referred Clients in the previous Calendar Month (Affiliation Level 8), they will receive the equivalent of USD 500 (five hundred dollars) in the Crypto-asset selected by the Organizer.
The Organizer's IT system automatically recalculates the results from the previous Month on the first day of the given Calendar Month, assigning the Participant to a new Affiliate Level for the entire current Month.
The amount of the Additional Bonus due to the Participant depends on their current Affiliate Level, assigned for the previous Calendar Month, calculated in accordance with the rules set out in section 1 above.
§ 6
Resignation from the Additional Bonus
The Participant may resign from participation in the Promotion at any time, without giving any reason.
In order to withdraw from the Promotion, the Participant should submit a written statement by email to: [email protected]. In the message, the Participant should make a clear statement of resignation from the Additional Bonus.
The resignation shall take effect on the first day of the next Calendar Month (which is also the next settlement month) following the month in which the Organizer received the e-mail with the statement of resignation. Until the end of the current Calendar Month, the rules for awarding the Additional Bonus remain unchanged. From the new Calendar Month, the calculation or issuance of the Additional Bonus is permanently suspended for such Participants.
If the resignation is sent on the last day of its admissibility in a given Calendar Month, which falls on a public holiday or after the Organizer's working hours, the Additional Bonus may be automatically calculated and credited to the Participant's account before the Organizer considers the request. In such a situation, the Organizer shall not be liable for the automatically processed Bonus payment by the IT system, and any consequences of the resignation shall be settled at the nearest possible date.
Re-joining the Additional Bonus Promotion after submitting a prior resignation under this paragraph is possible only with the Organizer's consent and may require re-fulfilling the conditions set forth in these Regulations.
§ 7
Personal data protection
The Organizer is the controller of the personal data of Promotion Participants.
The processing of Participants' personal data is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in the Privacy Policy and in § 9 concerning the protection of personal data contained in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions.
Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing the Promotion, including the calculation and payment of the Additional Bonus, which constitutes a legitimate interest of the Controller or is necessary for the performance of the contract (participation in the Program).
Participants are entitled to all rights specified in the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, including the right to access data, correct it, and object to its processing.
In matters related to the processing of personal data and the exercise of rights under the GDPR, Participants may contact the Organizer (Controller) by:
sending an email to the Data Protection Officer at: [email protected];
sending a message to the support email address: [email protected];
writing to the Organizer's registered office address indicated in § 1 of the Regulations.
§ 8
Procedure for submitting and considering complaints
If, in the opinion of a Program Participant, the services provided by the Organizer under the Program were not performed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, they may submit a complaint in the manner specified in this paragraph.
All complaints shall be submitted in the form of a complaint, which may be submitted:
by post to the address of the registered office of zondacrypto (Tähesaju tee 9, Tallinn, 13917, Estonia);
by e-mail to: [email protected];
by filling out the form: https://zondacrypto.com/en/helpdesk/contact-page.
The complaint should include:
the complainant's data (name; registry number/individual identification number; business/residential address, telephone; e-mail; details which would allow to identify the User, such as User ID);
description and possible documentation on the subject of the complaint;
complete information about the advertised service/product offered by zondacrypto (e.g., payment ID, wallet address associated with the payment, network transaction ID, etc.);
the date of the reported irregularity;
description of the harm, loss or damage caused, if any;
the complainant's expectations as to how the problem will be resolved;
any other comments relevant to the consideration of the complaint;
if the complaint is filed by an attorney or legal representative, a document confirming the authorization to act.
Complaints will be considered in the order in which they are received, but no later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint, subject to paragraph 5 below.

§ 9
Final provisions
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions shall apply.
In the event of any discrepancies between these Regulations and the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions in matters not classified as Promotion rules, the provisions of the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
Each Promotion Participant will be notified of any changes to the Regulations by email sent to the email address provided by them on the Website. Failure to accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions is tantamount to the necessity to terminate participation in the Promotion. In the event of failure to accept the changes to the Terms and Conditions, the Promotion Participant should immediately notify the Organizer in writing or by e-mail to the following e-mail address: [email protected], within 7 days of receiving the email informing them of the changes to the Terms and Conditions. Failure to provide the notification referred to above within the specified time limit means that the Promotion Participant accepts the changes.
In all other respects, the provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
