Ranking No. 1

Highest Trading Volume

Ranking No. 2

Most Trades Executed

Description

Users earn Ranking Points by executing transactions using the ZND Trade service on any selected crypto assets. The winners are those who achieve the highest total volume of all transactions executed during the Contest Period using the ZND Trade service.

All transactions executed using the ZND Trade service on the ZND Token earn Ranking Points with a multiplier of x2.

Users earn Ranking Points by executing transactions using the ZND Trade service on any selected crypto assets. The winners are those who execute the highest cumulative number of transactions (both purchases and sales) during the Contest Period using the ZND Trade service.

All transactions made using the ZND Trade service on the ZND Token earn Ranking Points with a multiplier of x2.

Example

User A made 4 ZND Trade transactions:

- 1 purchase of ZND for the equivalent of 20 EUR (multiplier x2)

- 1 sale of ZND for the equivalent of 10 EUR (multiplier x2)

- 1 purchase of BTC for the equivalent of 20 EUR

- 1 sale of ETH for the equivalent of 10 EUR

User B has thus earned 90 Ranking Points for the transactions made.

User B has made 5 ZND Trade transactions:

- 2 on the ZND token (multiplier x2)

- 1 on ETH

- 1 on BTC

- 1 on SOL

User A has thus earned a total of 7 Ranking Points for the transactions made.

  1. The criterion for selecting the winners from among all Entries that meet the conditions described in section 1 above is the highest number of Ranking Points earned in a given Ranking. If several Contest Entries meet the above criterion with an equal number of points, the winner shall be determined by the higher value of points earned using the ZND Trade service on the ZND Token.

  2. Detailed Regulations of the ZND Trade service referred to in these Terms and Conditions are available in the Trade Service Terms and Conditions, available on the ZND Platform at: https://assets.znd.co/agreements/en/wallet-and-trade-terms-and-conditions-19-07-2025.pdf, to which the Organiser hereby refers.

  3. The Ranking Points earned by Participants will be calculated after the end of the Contest.

  4. The Contest is open, i.e. anyone who meets the requirements specified in the Regulations may participate.

  5. If a Participant completes only some of the Contest Tasks or completes any of the Contest Tasks after the end of the Contest Period, such Contest Entry will not be considered by the Organiser.

  6. Contest Entries will be evaluated by the Contest Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Commission"), which will consist of representatives of the Organiser and persons appointed by the Organiser, as specified in § 7 of the Regulations.

  7. 8. When determining the Winners, the Contest Commission shall also decide on the awarding of a given prize in the Contest to a given Winner, guided by the criteria described in the Regulations and verifying that the Winner has fulfilled the conditions set out in the Regulations. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the exclusion of such a Participant from the Contest and the awarding of the prize to another Participant, as well as the forfeiture of the prize in favour of the Organiser (in the absence of Participants meeting the conditions for the award of the Prize).

  9. The Winners of the Contest will be announced by posting the winning post on the Organiser's selected Social Media, indicating the Winners, and by sending a private email to the Winners. If necessary, the Organiser will provide further instructions in order to determine all the data necessary to transfer the Prize to the Winners and to enable the Winner to use it properly.

  10. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Contest or to deprive of the right to the Prize any Participants whose actions are contrary to the law, good manners or the Regulations, in particular Participants who:

  • do not act personally, but through third parties;
