Minimum deposit and withdrawals values for currencies

Minimum trade amount

The minimum order size is €5 for Euro-denominated trading pairs, $5 for USD-denominated trading pairs, £5 for GBP-denominated trading pairs and 5 zloty for PLN-denominated trading pairs.

Fees related to the return of funds to the sender's account:

Funds are returned to the sender's account if the deposit was made in violation of the terms and conditions.

For instance:

1. The transfer was submitted with the data of a person other than the one verified on the Platform.
2. The wrong title of the transfer was entered.
3. The deposit was made using the intermediation of a payment operator and the funds were deposited with the data of the operator. It may also happen that a final withdrawal must be made in the event of termination of the user's contract.
4. Transfer was made by a user with no current account verification

Fees for returning funds and making a final withdrawal vary depending on the currency deposited and are as follows: 

PLN:

• on an erroneous transfer, a fee of PLN 6 (provided that the funds were received from a Polish bank account);
• if the deposit was received from an account outside of Poland, a fee of PLN 16 + 0.25% on the amount of the operation (the minimum cost is PLN 40 and the maximum is PLN 220)

Final withdrawal - PLN 6.

At the same time, it should be noted that according to the information contained in the table of fees and commissions, the minimum value of the deposit is PLN 10.

EUR ZEN:

One fixed fee of 1.5% of the amount deposited (the minimum cost is EUR 1.5 and the maximum is EUR 149) - this applies to both refunds and final withdrawals.

It should also be noted that, according to the information in the table of fees and commissions, the minimum deposit is EUR 10.

EUR CJ (Clear Junction):

One fixed fee of EUR 2 - refunds as well as final withdrawals.

It should be noted that according to the information in the table of fees and commissions, the minimum deposit is EUR 10.

GBP CJ (Clear Junction):

One fee of GBP 2 - refunds and final withdrawals.

In doing so, it should be remembered that, according to the information in the table of fees and commissions, the minimum deposit amount is GBP 5. 

Unused cryptocurrency addresses

If no deposits are made to a given cryptocurrency address for an uninterrupted period of 6 months (starting from the date the User's account is created), the address shall be deleted. A User making deposits to a deleted address should be aware that they will lose funds transferred in this way. This applies to the following cryptocurrencies and tokens:
