zondacrypto is introducing the changes that the UK's Financial Promotion Order act imposes on us starting October 8, 2023. So what does this mean?
Beginning October 8, 2023, a law comes into effect in the UK that places specific requirements on cryptocurrency entities to be able to advertise such services to UK residents. This means that as of October 8, 2023, zondacrypto will be required to comply with the new regulation, in particular, to advertise the services we provide in a manner consistent with the new law. zondacrypto, as a fully regulated entity licensed to operate in multiple countries, is therefore adjusting the communication channels it operates to comply with the adopted regulations.
With this in mind, we have decided to introduce, as of October 8, 2023, additional information on the website that clearly indicates that any promotions we direct are not and are not intended to be directed to users who are UK residents. As a licensed cryptocurrency exchange, we take care and have always taken care to ensure that any information we provide is complete, consistent and under no circumstances misleads our users, while complying with all the requirements of the applicable law. For this reason, we have decided to place additional disclaimer on our website, which will allow us to be fully transparent in our communications.
