It’s very important to always ensure you are using the correct wallet address and there are no mistakes, like a missing number or misspelt letter. Even the smallest mistake in the address could result in your funds being sent to the wrong wallet.

This system helps to ensure that your cryptocurrency deposits always go to the right address. It’s very important to always check that you are using the correct wallet address and there are no mistakes, like a missing number or misspelt letter. Even the smallest mistake in the address could result in your funds being sent to the wrong person!
- Whenever possible, copy-and-paste the wallet address or scan a QR code to ensure you don’t make any typos.
We aim to provide the best quality of service and the highest level of security to our client’s, with a priority on keeping their funds safe. This is why we regularly modernize the infrastructure of our wallet system and at times we need to update how things work.
With this in mind, please always remember to double-check your wallet address before each and every deposit you make.
You will always find the most current and valid wallet address for payments on your account in the "deposit" tab after selecting the cryptocurrency. You can also download it via API.
Also, be careful when making deposits in FIAT currencies - you will find the current and valid bank account number on your Zonda account in the "deposit" tab after selecting the appropriate currency.
