 They should provide real value and allow you to pursue your passions in a completely new way. zondacrypto auctions mark the next step in the growth of the ZND ecosystem, turning your engagement into access to exceptional sports events!

What are zondacrypto auctions?

zondacrypto Auctions are a brand new feature available in our mobile app. They allow users to bid on limited collectibles and VIP sports experience packages. Auctions will run in seasons, with each round offering a carefully selected pool of rewards, many of which are true one-offs.

You will find Auctions right at the top of the Fanzone section, in the zondacrypto app. The feature has been designed to make browsing, bidding and tracking offers as simple as possible. You can see how many people are bidding on a specific item and exactly how much time is left before the auction ends.

How does bidding work?

The auction system has been created with simplicity in mind, while also supporting the wider ZND ecosystem. At this stage, the price of an item is displayed in your local currency, such as PLN or EUR, in which you also bid. However, if you win the auction, the settlement needs to be done in our native token ZND. 

To place a bid, you need to offer an amount equal to or higher than the required minimum increase above the current highest offer. Importantly, the ZND tokens you declare in your bid are not blocked on your account balance during the auction.

Winning is simple. The user with the highest bid when the countdown ends becomes the winner. From that moment, they have 48 hours to complete the payment manually in the app and provide their delivery address by replying to the email sent by our team after the auction ends.

If the winner does not complete this step within the required time, the right to purchase automatically passes to the user with the second-highest bid. There is no “Buy Now” option in this season, so timing, strategy and quick reactions all matter.

Please note that all ZND collected from winning bids will be burned, meaning it will be permanently removed from circulation.

What can you bid on in Season 1?

The first auction round starts on March 13 at 12:00 CET and will run for two weeks. For this opening test edition, we decided to focus entirely on unique sports memorabilia and sports-related experiences provided by our partners.

The first season will include items such as:

• tickets to sports events

• signed match jerseys

• signed footballs

• double-sided club scarves with signatures

• hockey sticks

• and much more

Season 2 will bring an Olympic dimension and TMPL

The first round is a great opportunity to explore the new auction feature and compete for standout football and cycling items. But we already know our community is expecting even more.

We can now officially confirm that Season 2 will introduce even more unique opportunities, this time with a strong Olympic context. In the next round, users will also be able to bid with TMPL, the Olympic token created by zondacrypto in cooperation with the Polish Olympic Committee.

This will add a new layer of utility to the TMPL project and open the way to even more exclusive experiences for the community.
