zondacrypto auctions step by step. Learn how to place bids, how payment in ZND works, and how to complete your purchase in the app.
You already know Fanzone just got a major upgrade – now it's time for the details. Sports thrills are great, but if you want to win those one-of-a-kind items, you need to know how the game works. We've put together everything you need to know about bidding mechanics, payments, and security – so you can focus purely on planning your winning strategy. Let's walk through how to participate in zondacrypto auctions and experience the excitement firsthand.
zondacrypto auctions just went live in the mobile app. For many users, this is their first encounter with crypto-based bidding. Auctions let you bid on and buy exclusive items with cryptocurrency – think signed sports jerseys and more. They open up a whole new way to use your crypto.
All active auctions are located in the Fanzone tab, found at the very top of your screen in the zondacrypto mobile app. This is the only place where bidding takes place – there is no separate website or external platform.
Every auction is built on transparency. That's why item prices and bids are shown in fiat currency (PLN or EUR, depending on where you're based). This gives everyone a stable, objective reference point and eliminates the chaos of crypto price swings mid-auction.
To participate, just pick an item in Fanzone and place a bid higher than the current one. Here's the key part: your funds aren't locked while the auction is running. We want your capital working for you until the very last second, without limiting your trading options on the exchange. But that's not all. Participating in auctions comes with no entry fees or hidden charges. All you need to join in is a successfully completed KYC verification.
When the auction ends and you've got the highest bid, settlement happens in our native ZND token (or another crypto asset specified in the description). Once the auction closes, you have 48 hours to complete the transaction. You'll need to manually process the payment in the app using ZND tokens.
If your balance runs short, the system will guide you through topping it up. After you've paid, our Support Team will reach out via email to collect the details needed for shipping or fulfillment.
The system is ready for different scenarios. Sometimes a winning bidder might not have enough tokens in their account. What then? In that case, the app will automatically show you a link to quickly top up your account. The whole process – including transferring funds or making a quick purchase on the exchange – takes just a few minutes, so you'll easily stay within the timeframe.
A bid is a binding commitment. If the winner doesn't pay within 48 hours, the item automatically goes to the second-highest bidder (and the completion process starts over).
We need to stress that deliberately disrupting auctions – throwing out unrealistic bids with no intention of paying – has to be treated as harmful to other buyers. We reserve the right to refuse service to users who do this. Auctions were built with you in mind, but they have one non-negotiable requirement – playing fair!
ZND tokens get burned – all tokens collected from auctions are burned once a month (along with the special pool). We'll share the exact burn volume after each season ends and all payments are settled.
No auctions showing up – make sure you've updated the app, have a stable connection, and are in a supported region.
If you log in and don't see any auctions, a few things could be happening. First, there might simply not be an active round at the moment. Auctions run in seasons, with breaks in between. Second, make sure you're running the latest version of the app. Older versions might not support this feature. Third – check your internet connection. If everything's working fine but Fanzone is still empty, you might be outside the supported region. Need to know more? Check our zondacrypto auctions FAQ!
