In order to specify the number of confirmations after which payment from the customer is to be accepted, select the appropriate Store / Payment Terminal from the menu on the left, and then go to the "Confirmation" tab.

For security reasons, for each of the crypto we support, we require a sufficient number of confirmations from the blockchain network in order to credit funds to the account.

The first step to accept cryptocurrency payments online is to register your account on zondacrypto pay website

To convert customer payments, select the appropriate Store / Payment Terminal from the menu on the left, then proceed to the "General" tab.

In order to pay with cryptocurrency using zondacrypto pay please proceed to the payment methods on the store website and select the Bitcoin logo. Then a list of cryptocurrencies will appear, using which you can make this payment.

zondcrypto pay provides the EUR or PLN currency for settlement – it is possible to express the value of the payment gateway in this currency.

Suppose you try to generate a payment in a different FIAT currency than our supported settlement currency - EUR or PLN. In that case, such a value will be automatically converted based on the average NBP (National Bank of Poland) exchange rate for the previous day to the default currency, i.e., EUR or PLN, and thus the gateway will be finally generated in EUR or PLN.

Fast outgoing payment is a tool that allows you to make a one-time withdrawal to your partner with or without currency conversion. In the section „Website” go to „General” tab and decide if we collect a chosen cryptocurrency to be withdrawn from your account, or we perform currency conversion according to the value of your order.

Quick payment is a tool that allows you to generate a one-time link for payment using cryptocurrencies. In order to use this tool choose the „Tools” section from the menu on the left and then „Quick payment”.

The next step is to select the Store for which the payment is to be made. Then select the desired currency that you want to receive the customer's payment in, then set the transaction value, and ID. After clicking "send," a link to the payment gateway is displayed. Send the provided link to the person who should make the payment.

Refunds of funds paid through the payment gateway can only be made in the case of:

• underpayment – when insufficient funds are sent to complete the payment,

• overpayment – when too many funds are sent as compared to the declared payment amount,

• payment after the expiration of the payment gateway – the payment gateway, by default, is valid for 7 days. If the payment is made after this time, only a refund of the deposited funds is possible. 

On the other hand, recovery of funds occurs if the deposit is made in an incorrect way, such as:

• a transfer on a different network than supported by the payment gateway,

• sending funds in a different currency than declared, e.g., sending Bitcoin Cash to a Bitcoin address; 

• in the case of some currencies, depositing funds to an incorrect payment tag or memo, or completing the transfer without them.
