What is the payment process on zondacrypto pay?

1. Choose the cryptocurrency
   When you reach the payment gateway, choose the cryptocurrency you want to use to pay for your order.
   In the next step you will receive all the information you need to complete the transfer. Use only the data that is required by your wallet or its provider.

In the next step you will receive all the information you need to complete the transfer. Use only the data that is required by your wallet or its provider.

The page will display the following information:

• payment address (where to send the funds),

• the payment amount in the chosen cryptocurrency (which will be sent),

and

• VASP name (name of the cryptocurrency service provider),

• VASP did identifier (VASP identification number),

• beneficiary name,

• *Country of company registration (for companies only),

• *Tax ID of the company (for companies only).

3. Sender and Recipient Information

Because of regulations known as the Travel Rule, we need to know who is sending and receiving the cryptocurrency. If your wallet provider does not give us this information, you might be asked to fill it in yourself.

If all the information is already filled out, you will automatically move to the next step.
 

2. Completing the data by yourself

If your wallet provider has not provided the necessary information, you will see a message saying "status: action required". 

Click on "Continue to Travel Rule form" to fill in the required details.

• If you have provided us with your email address, a link to the form will also be sent via email.
• If the information is not provided within 3 days, the transfer will be sent back to the sender's address.
• Usually, your wallet provider will supply the necessary details, so you might not need to fill out the form.

 

5. Back to the payment gateway
   Once you complete the form, you’ll go back to the payment gateway and wait for your transaction to be confirmed by the network.

 

6. Payment completed
   When your transfer gets the required number of confirmations from the network, the payment is complete and you will be redirected back to the merchant's site.
