Fees related to the return of funds to the sender’s account

Funds will be returned to the sender’s account if the deposit was made in violation of the terms.

For example:

• The transfer was made using the details of someone other than the verified person on the Platform.

• An incorrect transfer title was provided.

• The deposit was made through a payment provider, and the funds were deposited with the provider's details. It may also happen that, in case of terminating the agreement with the user, a final withdrawal of funds will be required.

• The transfer was made by a person without current account verification.

• The fees for returning funds and making the final withdrawal vary depending on the deposited currency and are as follows:

PLN:

• A fee of 6 PLN is charged for incorrect transfers (only if the funds came from a Polish bank account).

• If the deposit came from a foreign bank account, a fee of 6 PLN + 0.3% of the transaction amount is charged (minimum cost 30 PLN, maximum cost 300 PLN).

• For final withdrawals, a fee of 6 PLN is charged – this can only be done to a Polish bank account.

EUR:

SEPA TP:

A single flat fee of 0.08% of the deposited amount (minimum fee 1.5 EUR, maximum fee 80 EUR) – applies to both refunds and final withdrawals.

SEPA ZEN:

A single flat fee of 0.1% of the deposited amount (minimum fee 1.5 EUR, maximum fee 150 EUR) – applies to both refunds and final withdrawals.

SEPA Instant CJ:

A single flat fee of 2 EUR – applies to both refunds and final withdrawals.
