What documents are needed for positive account verification?

Account verification is required to use the full functionality of the service.

 

How do I verify my account on zondacrypto?

To verify your account on zondacrypto, go to the ‘Verify your account’ link on the bar at the top of the page or go directly to the link https://kyc.zondacrypto.exchange/. 

Then, follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

 

1. First, you need to select the type of account you want to set up. You can choose between a personal account and a business account.
   
   *In the following steps, we will explain how to set up a personal account. If you want to set up a company account, go to this article.
    
2. You will be asked to enter your telephone number.
    
3. Once entered, you will receive an SMS message with a code that you must enter in the next step.
    
4. After the SMS code verification, you complete your account details.

 

 

What data do I need to verify my account?

To verify your account, prepare the following documents:

• Two pages of an identity document. An acceptable document can be: 
  • identity card,
  • passport.
     
• Documentary proof of address, dated up to 6 months back. An acceptable document can be:
  • a bill (electricity, water, telephone, etc.),
  • a contract (e.g. with a bank or insurer),
  • an official letter (from social security office, tax office etc.),
  • confirmation of a transfer from your account (you must be the sender),
  • bank statement.

The document must show the details (name, date of issue, current address).

If you do not have any of the above-mentioned documents, please go to your relevant public office to obtain a residence certificate. All data on the uploaded document should be legible.

*Maximum file size for a scan of a document is 5 MB. Acceptable file formats: .jpg, .png, .gif, pdf.

 

Verification process

When confirming your identity, please note that the data in the form must match the data on the documents used in the verification process.

 

Begin identity verification

1. Use your mobile device to take photos of both sides of your identity document and verify your face.
    
2. To do this, take a selfie (the photo of your face should be taken in natural colours and proportions and proper lighting conditions). Your whole face should be visible in the photo.
    
3. To confirm your address, fill in the form so that the details match those on your address confirmation document.
    
4. In the final step, complete the answers to the following questions in the AML Survey.

 

You will be informed of successful verification by email.
