Adding a card is a process of registration and confirmation of ownership through verification of the amount. In the mobile app, you need to go to the Portfolio tab, select the currency (PLN or EUR), and indicate card payment. After entering your card details, the system will withdraw a small verification amount from your account. Your task is to check your bank history to find out what this amount is and enter it in the “Verify” field in the app. Correctly entering this amount completes the process and activates the card for deposits and withdrawals.

Depositing funds on the stock market via the mobile application is a quick and easy operation that only takes a few steps.

To install and connect the zondacrypto mobile app:

1. go to Account Settings,
2. select Connected Apps, and download it from the store appropriate for your device (App Store/Google Play).
3. Then name your device,
4. enter the authentication code, and scan the QR code to log in.

If you want to remove a previously activated card in the app, follow the instructions below.
 

1. Log in to the app and go to the “Portfolio” tab, then select the currency – PLN or EUR.

2. Next, select the “Cash deposit” or “Cash withdrawal” option and the “Credit card” transaction option...

To withdraw funds to your card correctly using the app, follow the instructions below.

1. After logging into the app, go to the “Portfolio” tab and select the currency in which you want to make the transaction – PLN or EUR.

2. Select the “Cash withdrawal” option, then select “Credit card” from the available methods. A field for entering the withdrawal amount and a list of available cards will appear on the screen...

Despite the correct configuration, the mobile application on your device is displaying a connection error message.

The most common solution to this issue is as follows:

1. Go to Android settings
2. Disable time sync
3. Set the time to be incorrect (for example, an hour ago)
4. Enable time sync again
