How to withdraw money on a debit or credit card?

Do you want to quickly and conveniently withdraw your funds in PLN or EUR to your account? Take advantage of the option to withdraw funds to Mastercard or Visa debit and credit cards. Card deposits and withdrawals are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the waiting time for funds to be credited is approximately 10 minutes.

You can quickly withdraw both PLN and EUR to your Mastercard or Visa card. The commission for withdrawals to a card is 2.99%, with a minimum commission of PLN 10 / EUR 2.50 per transaction. All transfers are secured by the 3D-Secure standard.

 

How to use card withdrawals?

Go to the “Portfolio” tab in your user panel. Then change the search filter from ‘All’ to “FIAT” and select the currency in which you want to request a withdrawal. Please note that if the currency of your card differs from the withdrawal currency, the bank will charge a commission for the currency conversion.

 

  1. After clicking on “Transfer,” select “Withdraw FIAT” and the “Credit Card” option.
  2. Read the information that appears in the panel and confirm your selection.
  3. Then click on the “Add Card” option to verify the card to which you want to make the withdrawal.
  4. Check the Terms and Conditions for using cards on zondacrypto. After confirming, you will be redirected to the card operator's website.
  5. Fill in your card details (first name, last name, card number, expiration date, and CVV code). During card verification, a non-refundable fee of approximately EUR 1 will be charged. The operator will ask you to log in to your bank and confirm the verification transaction amount. Once the card has been verified and added to your account, we will notify you by email.
  6. Now you can request a withdrawal. Select your card and the withdrawal amount.
