How Is zondacrypto Working During the Holiday Season?

Please note that during the upcoming holiday season from 24 December to 26 December and from 31 December to 1 January, our exchange platform will be operational as usual, however the availability of some services provided by our external partners may be limited.

How Is zondacrypto Working During the Holiday Season?

Dear Customers,

Please note that during the upcoming holiday season from 24 December to 26 December and from 31 December to 1 January, our exchange platform will be operational as usual, however the availability of some services provided by our external partners may be limited.

Traditional PLN transfers:

  • Traditional PLN transfers won’t be processed on 25 and 26 December, as well as 1 January. 

Instant EUR transfers:

  • Instant EUR transfers won’t be processed on 25 and 26 December, as well as 1 January. 

  • Instant EUR transfers approved after 6 PM UK time on 22 December will be processed on 27 December. 

  • Transfers approved after 6 PM UK time on 29 December will be processed on 2 January.

Traditional EUR SEPA transfers:

  • Traditional EUR SEPA transfers won’t be available on 25 and 26 December, as well as on 1 January.

Deposits and withdrawals via card, as well as instant PLN, EUR and USD transfers will be available at all times.

As for our customer support, the team’s working schedule will be as follows:

  • On Christmas Eve (24 December), customer support will be available between 8:00 PM CET and 2:00 PM CET, while during 25 and 26 December, the support team will have days off.

  • On New Year's Eve (31 December), customer support will be available between 8:00 AM CET and 2:00 PM CET, while the team will have a day off on New Year's Day (1 January).
