If you are entering the correct data but still cannot access your account, the issue might be related to your browser settings. Follow the steps below to resolve this problem.
This step resolves the majority of website loading issues and display errors.
Keyboard Shortcut:
Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (macOS) simultaneously.
A window will appear, allowing you to select the data range. Select Advanced/More and choose All time.
Check the boxes for: "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Click Clear data.
Try logging in to zondacrypto again.
Instructions for Google Chrome:
Click the three dots icon in the top right corner and select Clear Browsing Data.
In the time range field, select All time.
Select the boxes labelled "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Click Clear data.
Try logging in to zondacrypto again.
Incognito mode allows you to check if the problem is caused by browser extensions or plugins.
Open an incognito window using the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Command + Shift + N (macOS).
Alternatively, go to your browser settings and select New Incognito Window.
