In order to verify a corporate account, please use the "Verify your account" tab, which is located at the top of the page after logging in to your account. You can also use this link directly: https://kyc.zondacrypto.exchange/ In the first step, you please select the corporate account verification and then follow the information displayed on the screen.

In order to verify your corporate account successfully, please prepare such company documents as:

1. Company document. Depending on the type of your company, you should attach a proper document which is not issued more than 3 months back. It should contain the company’s TAX number (if it owns one), its name, full address, the name of the representative. Your document should be issued by the government.

2. Document confirming the company's address. Such document cannot issued more than 6 months back. We accept the following documents as address confirmations:

   • bills (water, energy, telephone, Internet connection etc.). However, we do not accept any invoices issued by companies related to service or product purchase
   • agreements (e.g. bank or insurance company) with visible stamp and signature. Lease or purchase agreements e.g. real estates, cars are not accepted
   • confirmation of the outgoing transfer from the company's bank account
   • company's bank account statement

3. Both sides of the identity document of the company's representative - ID card or passport.

4. A selfie photo of the company's representative showing his face with an ID document (ID card or passport).

5. Document confirming the company's representative address. We accept the following documents as address confirmations:

   • bills (water, energy, telephone, Internet connection etc.). However, we do not accept any invoices issued by companies related to service or product purchase
   • agreements (e.g. bank or insurance company) with visible stamp and signature. Lease or purchase agreements e.g. real estates, cars are not accepted
   • bank transfer confirmations (however, you have to be the sender)
   • account statements
6. Documents of all company's shareholders which posess over 25% of shares in the company.

Note:

• the maximum file size is 5 MB. Accepted file formats are .jpg, .png, .gif and .pdf. The file can contain up to 20 pages
• attach full scans of the documents - with all corners visible
• electronically generated files have to include a note that they are electronically generated documents
• All submitted documents should be in English
