Managing transfers on the platform is intuitive, but requires precision in selecting technical parameters. Detailed instructions are provided below.
Depositing cryptocurrencies
To fund your account with cryptocurrency from an external wallet or another exchange, follow the steps below.
- First, log in to your account, then select the Transfers tab in the top menu.
- Next, click the Deposit crypto button.
- From the list displayed, select the currency you intend to deposit on the platform.
- Next, select the appropriate network, which is a crucial step. The network selected on zondacrypto must be identical to the network set on the service from which the funds are being sent. Selecting the wrong network may result in the loss of the transferred resources.
- After selecting the network, copy the wallet address on zondacrypto or use the QR code and paste it on the sender's platform.
- For some cryptocurrencies, such as XRP or XLM, in addition to the wallet address, the system will display a unique Tag or MemoID. It must be copied precisely from the recipient's account and pasted at the sender's end. Skipping this step, if required by the other party, may result in the loss of funds.
The funds will appear in your account after the required number of confirmations from the blockchain network has been obtained and the Travel Rule form has been completed. Here you can find out what the Travel Rule form is and how to fill it out.
Withdrawing cryptocurrencies
To send funds to an external wallet, follow the steps below.
- In the Transfers tab, select the Withdraw crypto option.
- Then, select the asset you want to transfer to an external wallet.
- The next step is to enter the exact address of the destination wallet and select the network that must be compatible with it. Be especially careful when copying the recipient's address — selecting the wrong network may result in the loss of the transferred funds.
- If the recipient's wallet requires a Tag or MemoID, you must copy it from the recipient's account and paste it into the appropriate field of the withdrawal form in the sender's account. Skipping this step, if required by the other party, may result in the loss of funds.
- Each withdrawal must be confirmed with a code from your two-step verification, i.e., a code from the Google Authenticator app or an SMS code.
Key security rules:
- In the event of an error during the transfer of funds, we may attempt to recover them. This applies to cases such as selecting the wrong transfer network, missing or incorrectly entered MemoID / Tag code, and depositing a currency that has already been delisted.
- Each request is analyzed individually in terms of the technical possibilities of recovering the funds. To initiate this process, please email us at [email protected] or create a request in the Contact Form.
- Please note that an attempt to recover funds involves a commission fee. The amount of the fee is determined individually, depending on the complexity of the case. Details can be found in the Digital Asset Recovery Terms and Conditions.
