If your bank account has not yet been verified, all you need to do is:

1. Make a deposit of at least PLN 10 / EUR 10.
2. Once the funds have been credited to your account, it will automatically become active.
3. From now on, you can withdraw funds to your bank account.

The processing time for your withdrawal request depends on the method you choose. Elixir bank transfers in PLN and SEPA bank transfers in EUR are processed every business day (i.e., Monday through Friday) around 1:00 p.m.

If the transfer has not been automatically credited due to incorrect data, please send confirmation of the transaction (from your online banking) to [email protected] or chat. This will allow us to verify and, if possible, credit the funds to your account.

You can have up to three active cards (credit or debit) in your account at any given time. You can delete a card at any time by clicking on the trash can icon next to the card details.

The main condition for withdrawal is full account verification. Withdrawals to a bank account are only possible to a verified account, i.e., one from which a deposit to the exchange was previously made. For withdrawals to a card or ZEN, appropriate card verification or service connection is required.

Some express transfers (e.g., Autopay, Bluecash) do not provide complete sender details, which prevents us from automatically crediting them in accordance with AML/KYC legal requirements. For a deposit to be accepted, the bank account owner's details must match the details on your account with us.

• Traditional EUR transfers: They do not support instant mode. For fast deposits in euros, choose SEPA Instant.
• Faster alternatives: To avoid delays, use deposits via BLIK (automatic posting), ZEN (approx. 1 min), or payment card (up to 15 min).
