How should the Travel Rule form be filled out correctly?

The requirements for completing the Travel Rule form stem from EU anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and apply to transfers between virtual asset service providers (VASPs). The form will appear automatically when you attempt to make a withdrawal or deposit with missing information.

To complete the Travel Rule form for withdrawals:

  1. Log in to your zondacrypto account.
  2. Go to the Wallets tab, then select a cryptocurrency and click Withdraw.
  3. Enter the amount and wallet address, then select the network.
  4. After clicking “Transaction Summary,” the Travel Rule form will appear if the transaction requires it.
  5. Select whether you are withdrawing funds to your own wallet, to another exchange (VASP), or to the wallet of another user or organization.
  6. Fill in the required information:
    • individuals: first name, last name, country of birth, address, ID
    • companies: name, address, country of registration, identifier (LEIX/RAID/TXID/MISC)
  7. Check the required consents and click Send.
  8. Once the data has been accepted, the transaction will be processed.
