To make a deposit in PLN, go to the Balances tab in the main menu on the left side of the site.
Next, select the PLN currency. You will then see the payment data to which the transfer should be made.
Please remember to copy the payment data carefully, especially the payment title – it is necessary that we successfully receive the sent funds.
The transfer title must be exactly the same as the one shown in the user panel. Otherwise, the funds will not be added to the account properly. Payments that were not made by the account owner will not be accepted.
The deposit must be sent from a Polish bank account using PLN currency.
We do not accept express payments via operators (e.g. Revolut / BlueMedia (Autopay) / Transferwise / ZEN).
The service provider does not accept payments made at the Polish Post Office or cash payments in a bank office.
The maximum amount of a one-time deposit is PLN 499 999. Deposits over PLN 499 999 will be returned to the sender.
Deposits are posted on our platform at least three times a day on weekdays — around 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 4 p.m. CET. Please note that the time we receive your payment depends on the bank session. If your payment has not yet been added to your account, please contact us via [email protected] and submit a transfer confirmation.
