How to make fiat (PLN) withdrawals?

Remember! You can withdraw funds via bank transfer only to the account from which you have already made a deposit!

If you have not yet made a deposit to verify your bank account, please deposit a minimum of 10 PLN directly from your bank account. After crediting funds, you will be able to withdraw money via bank transfer.
 

  1. To make a withdrawal in PLN, go to the Balances tab in the main menu available on the left side of the site. 

  2. Next, select the PLN currency and the Withdraw option. 

  3. Then, enter the amount to be withdrawn and the bank account number.

  4. Finally, just confirm your withdrawal.

 

Important information about withdrawals in PLN

  • The PLN withdrawal can only be sent to a Polish bank account using PLN currency.

  • The transfer will be executed as a regular elixir bank transfer.

  • The maximum amount of a one-time withdrawal is 499 999.99 PLN.

Remember that the outgoing session takes place every working day around 1 p.m.
