How to deposit and withdraw on zondacrypto PRO?

After logging into the PRO mode, you are in the Dashboard tab. On the left, there is a menu with options: Deposit, Withdraw, and Promote.

• DEPOSIT

By clicking 'Deposit' you will see cryptocurrencies and fiat currencies. After selecting the currency you are interested in, you will be transferred to its balance.

To deposit cryptocurrencies, copy the visible address for payment or use a QR code scanner. Funds will be added to your account after getting the appropriate number of confirmations from the network. Please remember to check if you are using a wallet address of a right currency. Otherwise, funds will not be credited to your account, and it will cause serious problems in recovering them.

To deposit fiat currency (EUR, USD, GBP or PLN) you can use bank wire transfer or Poczta Polska. In the case of payments by bank transfer, remember to copy the appropriate transfer title. Otherwise, the funds will not be credited correctly.

We post funds from bank wire transfers on business days at 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

Warning. You can only make a deposit into your account on zondacrypto.exchange from the bank account you own. Read the regulations.

 

• WITHDRAW

To make a withdrawal, click 'Withdraw' and select the appropriate currency. Next, complete the details.

When withdrawing cryptocurrencies, remember to check the address of the wallet you want to transfer to, and then enter the amount.

You can withdraw EUR, USD, GBP and PLN by wire bank transfer. For Polish Zloty you can also use ATM withdrawal. EUR, USD and GBP transfers are processed up to 2 business days.
