Terms and Conditions of the Promotion “Trading on Black Friday 2024”

§ 1 Organizer of the Promotion

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions  (hereinafter referred to as: "Terms and Conditions") defines the rules of participation and the conditions under which the promotional campaign takes place "Trading on Black Friday 2024" (hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion”).

  2. The Promotion Organizer is BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office number 10), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs under the number 14814864, which is the operator of the zondacrypto exchange (hereinafter referred to as: "Organizer" the "Promotion Organizer”).

  3. The Promotion is addressed to all active Participants of the zondacrypto exchange who have met all the requirements specified in these Terms and Conditions.

  4. It is the responsibility of the Organizer to supervise the proper conduct of the Promotion on an ongoing basis. 

  5. In these Terms and Conditions of the Black Friday 2023 Promotion (hereinafter: "Terms and Conditions"), the Organizer uses definitions consistent with those contained in the regulations available on the Organizer's website. In the event of a difference between the definitions in the Terms and Conditions and the regulations available at the abovementioned address, it is assumed that for the purposes of the Promotion, the definition contained in this Terms and Conditions shall be applicable.

  6. The sponsor of the Promotion is the Organizer.

  7. The Organizer may inform about the Promotion in advertising materials, including: shared via their social media, including on the "Instagram", "X" (formerly "Twitter"), "TikTok", "Telegram" etc. platforms. The promotion is not created, administered or sponsored by the above-mentioned social media.

  8. All information about the Promotion available in advertising materials is for informational purposes only.

  9. The Promotion is not a cash lottery, raffle, promotional lottery, or any other game of chance or mutual wagering.

 

§ 2 Conditions of participation in the Promotion

 

  1. Any person who is a verified Client of the Organizer may participate in the Promotion.

  2. In order to participate in the Promotion, the Client referred to in section 1 above must make transaction on the Organizer’s platform. The Promotion applies to transactions performed:

    1. on the markets of Digital Assets against FIAT currencies (e.g. PLN, EUR, USD, GBP), for example ETH/PLN, BTC/EUR, and

    2. on the markets of Digital Assets against other Digital Assets (e.g. BTC USDT, USDC), for examples BTC/USDT, ETH/BTC.

  3. Fees and commissions charged on transactions referred to in section 2 above are calculated in accordance with the Table of Trading Commissions (FIAT tab and CRYPTO tab) available on the Organizer's website.

  4. The Promotion excludes transactions made on S2SF markets, i.e. transactions on Digital Asset markets that are stablecoin (e.g. USDT, USD, DAI) against Digital Assets that are other stablecoins (e.g. USDT, USDC, DAI), or against FIAT Currencies (e.g. PLN, EUR, USD, GBP).

  5. The Promotion excludes all Fees and Commissions other than those indicated in section 2 above, in particular those related to exchange on S2SF markets or fees for deposits and withdrawals.

  6. A person who joins the Promotion in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, becomes a participant in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion Participant") and thus accepts all provisions of these Terms and Conditions. 

  7. The Promotion shall involve the reduction of the commission, being the Trading Commission and set each time on the basis of the values indicated in the Table of Trading Commissions (FIAT tab and CRYPTO tab) (hereinafter referred to as: "Commission") available on the Organizer's website, with respect to the markets indicated in section 2 above, by the value of 20%. 

  8. Clients who are entitled to dedicated fees under the Organizer's platform will be able to take advantage of the Promotion if its application is more favorable to such Client than the application of the dedicated fee.

  9. The minimum value of the Commission cannot be lower than:

    1. on the markets of Digital Assets against FIAT currencies:

  • Maker's Commission: 0.008%,

  • Taker’s Commission: 0.032%;

  1. on the markets of Digital Assets against other Digital Assets

  • Maker's Commission: 0.008% (except for Maker's Commission with an Account Turnover of at least EUR 1,000,000,000, which is always 0.00%, as indicated in the Table of Trading Commissions (CRYPTO tab));

  • Taker’s Commission: 0.008%.

  1. The Promotion Participant may not transfer to other persons and entities either the right to participate in the Promotion, or the rights and obligations related to it. The Promotion Participant is not entitled to exchange the Promotion for another material or immaterial thing or to receive it in positive monetary value.

  2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from the Promotion Clients who are reasonably suspected to have attempted to influence the Promotion in an unauthorized manner or to have violated the Terms and Conditions.

 

§ 3 Schedule and rules of the Promotion 

 

  1. The Promotion lasts from 29th of November 2024 from 12:00 CET to 2nd of December 2024 until 12:00 CET (hereinafter referred to as: "Promotion Period"). 

  2. Each Promotion Participant who meets the requirements described in § 2 of the Terms and Conditions, during the period described in section 1 above, is entitled to participate in the Promotion. 

  3. The Promotion to the Promotion Participants will be charged automatically, when the conditions described in these Terms and Conditions are met. 

  4. Each Promotion Participant may participate in the Promotion an unlimited number of times.

 

§ 4 Complaints

 

  1. Complaints related to participation in the Promotion, the Client may submit electronically through the form available at this address.

  2. Complaints should be submitted immediately after the occurrence of an event that causes concern for the Client participating in the Promotion, but no later than within 7 days from the end of the Promotion (for complaints sent by registered mail, the postmark date is determinant).

  3. The complaint should contain all information specified in the regulations found on the Organizer's platform, available at this address.

  4. The complaint procedure shall be conducted in accordance with the procedure contained in the regulations indicated in section 3 above. 

  5. Complaints will be considered by a committee appointed by the Organizer.


 

§ 5 Personal Data 

 

  1. The administrator of personal data with respect to the use of the Organizer's service, including the implementation of the rules of this Promotion, is: BB Trade Estonia OÜ with its registered office in Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Tähesaju tee 9, 1391 Estonia (office number 10), a company under Estonian law, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under number: 14814864 (hereinafter: Data Administrator).

  2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data on the site of the Promotion Organizer, is indicated in the contents of the Privacy Policy.

 

 

§ 6 Final Provisions

 

  1. These Terms and Conditions are the only document defining detailed rules of the Promotion.

  2. The Rules are available for the duration of the Promotion on the Organizer's website and at the Organizer's office.
