What should I do if I cannot withdraw funds after resetting my password?

For security reasons, after resetting your password, withdrawals from your account will be automatically blocked for 48 hours.

To unblock withdrawals before this time expires, you must verify your identity in the sumsub app:

1. On the sumsub website, enter the email address associated with your exchange account, then follow the instructions on the screen.
2. Once the page opens, enter an email address that you have access to, then follow the instructions on the screen.
3. Once the verification is complete, contact us at [email protected] to request that your withdrawals be unblocked and to inform us that the verification process has been successfully completed.
