If your funds in cryptocurrency are not yet visible on your account, please do the following:
1. Check that you sent the cryptocurrency to the correct wallet AND network (eg: BTC is only on the Bitcoin network but USDT operates on the Ethereum network and several others).
2. Check each letter and number in the wallet address to ensure they are all correct.
3. Check that the transaction has received enough confirmations. In the case of Bitcoin, the funds are added after receiving 3 confirmations from the network. The amount of confirmations needed to validate other digital currencies can be checked here.
