New LUNA network and LUNA – LUNC swap, June 2nd-7th, 2022

 

In the light of the creation of a new LUNA network, LUNA changed its name to LUNC, therefore as an exchange, we’ll be changing the name of the Terra asset to Terra Classic and the shortcut from LUNA to LUNC.

 

This operation is mandatory in order to preserve our users' funds and they will be safe during the procedure.

 

On June 2nd, 2022, our exchange will go under maintenance and its operations will be unavailable, from 4:30 to 5:00 a.m. UTC.

From 8:00 a.m. UTC we will disable the LUNA/USDT and LUNA/BTC markets – hence, there will be no LUNA market available. Offers will be canceled and affiliate rewards will be moved to trading balances.

 

Users don’t need to take any action to participate in the swap.

 

After these markets are shut down, we will begin swapping the existing LUNA tokens to LUNC. The process will consist of zeroing out the LUNA balance and allocating the same amount of funds in LUNC.

 

On June 7th, at 10 a.m. UTC, LUNC deposits and withdrawals will be launched.

 

On June 8th, we’ll launch the LUNC/USDT and LUNC/BTC markets.

 

Please note, that the dates are an estimate and may change – the situation is changing rapidly.

 

As per current Luna volatility and the project’s unclear future, we are exploring options on how to proceed in the safest and most compliant way possible.

 

At this very moment we do not have a definite answer for all our clients but we will keep you updated, whether we’ll be supporting the new LUNA.
