To make a transfer to another account, log into our account and select "Wallets" from the left menu. You have to know the payment address or the recipient's QR code. 

Currently, Binance chain and token deposits in BEP20 standard are not supported by us. Therefore it is not possible to add them to the User’s balance. 

Some cryptocurrencies like Stellar, Terra, EOS or Ripple require a Memo ID (also often called "payment ID") to be deposited correctly on zondacrypto. What is Memo ID?
