How to make fiat (EUR) withdrawals?

Remember! You can withdraw funds via bank transfer only to the account from which you have already made a deposit!

If you did not make a deposit yet in order to verify your bank account, please deposit minimum 5 EUR directly from a bank account which is owned by your company. After crediting funds, you will be able to withdraw money via bank transfer.

To make a withdrawal in EUR, go to the Balances tab in the main menu available on the left side of the site. Next, select the EUR currency and Withdraw option. Then enter the amount to be withdrawn, account’s IBAN + its number and account’s SWIFT code.

At the end just confirm your withdrawal.

We process only the SEPA wire bank withdrawals, which means that:

1. The recipient must own an account in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), including the European Union. Check the list of countries here,
2. The recipient's bank account number must be provided in the IBAN format,
3. The transfer will be executed as a regular wire bank transfer,
4. If the SEPA transfer is sent to a bank account which currency is other than EURO, the bank will convert currency at the bank exchange rate.

Remember that outgoing session takes place on every working day around 1 p.m.
