How long does it take to receive a payment from the customer?

For security reasons, for each of the crypto we support, we require a sufficient number of confirmations from the blockchain network in order to credit funds to the account. The time of receiving required number of confirmations depends on the network load (zondacrypto pay has no influence over that) and the fee provided by the sender of the transfer.
