Why can't I place a bid?

The most common reasons are insufficient ZND balance, the auction has already ended, the auction has not yet started, the minimum bid increment has not been met, or the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Auctions on the zondacrypto platform have not been accepted.

 

Why can't I see any auctions?

If you cannot see any auctions, it is because there are no active auctions at the moment or you are outside the supported region. It is also worth checking the version of the application (whether you are using the latest one) and whether there are any network problems.

 

What does it mean that my ZND balance is too low?

You need to top up your ZND. You can do this by purchasing it on an exchange/market or by transferring it from another wallet (if supported).
