Winning an auction on zondacrypto – how do I pay for the item and collect my prize?

How can I track the status of an auction?

Each auction item page contains detailed information about it, including when the auction ends and how many people are currently bidding. You can check the current highest bid in real time in the zondacrypto app.

 

Who wins the auctions?

The user who offers the highest price when the auction clock expires is declared the winner. The auction winner then has 48 hours to:

1. pay for the order (if necessary, top up your balance on the zondacrypto Platform with the value of the crypto asset)

2. data transfer – our Customer Support Team will contact the winner by email to collect the data necessary for shipping the Product (in the case of physical items) or the email address (in the case of digital items)

If I win, how and when will I receive the item?

After winning, further details regarding payment, shipping, and fulfillment will be provided via the zondacrypto app or email. In accordance with the Sales and Auction Regulations on the zondacrypto platform, we have 14 business days for dispatch, and the item must reach the winner within 30 business days from the date of payment for the won auction and the provision of all information necessary for the shipment of the Order.

 

What happens if the auction winner does not pay for the purchase within 48 hours?

If the auction winner does not pay for the purchase within 48 hours of receiving the Order Confirmation, or fails to provide the data necessary for delivery of the Item, the contract with them expires – and we automatically select the user who submitted the second highest bid.
