How do I bid using ZND tokens?

What tokens can I use to bid?

All bids are placed in fiat currency (PLN, EUR), while the winning bid is paid using our ZND token or another token specified in the auction description. It is indicated in the auction description.

 

Do I need ZND tokens to participate in auctions?

No, you do not need to submit an offer, but you can pay for the winning auction using our ZND token or another token specified in the auction description.

 

How do I place a bid?

  1. Go to the “Fanzone” tab in the zondacrypto app.

  2. Select the item you are interested in and suggest your price—your bid must be higher than the current one by the specified minimum amount.

 

Is there a fee for participating in auctions?

No, we do not charge any additional fees for participating in the auction itself.

 

What happens to my ZND tokens that I offer if I lose the auction?

Tokens offered in the auction are not blocked until you win the auction.

 

What happens to ZND tokens if I win an auction?

If you win an auction, you must complete the payment manually. Go to the Fanzone tab in the app and pay for the item with your ZND tokens,  within 48 hours of receiving the Order Confirmation. Please also remember to check your email after winning, as our Customer Support Team will contact you to arrange the shipping/fulfillment details for your Order.

 

Can I buy an item immediately without bidding?

Currently, purchases are only possible in “Auction” mode, after the bidding process has ended.

In the future, we may add a “Buy Now” option. “Buy Now” will allow you to purchase an item immediately at a fixed price, bypassing the bidding process.
