The BLIK Reference number is a unique identifier of your BLIK payment at a given merchant. On zondacrypto we ask for it only on your first deposit from a new banking app to finish the deposit and link your account for faster future deposits.
This is required by our terms and conditions and security policy. This requirement applies to all first transactions from a given banking application.
The path can vary slightly by bank, but typically:
Open your banking app and go to History or Payments/Transactions.
Select the BLIK payment you just approved.
Open the Details of that payment.
Look for the reference number, which may be labelled as: “Reference number”, “Ref ID”, “Transaction ID”, “BLIK ID”, or similar.
If you cannot find the BLIK reference number field in your bank, please contact us at [email protected], and we will immediately report this to the relevant entities.
If you closed the app before entering the Ref ID, open Deposit history on zondacrypto and find the BLIK deposit marked action required. Tap it to resume and enter the reference number.
If you can’t see the BLIK transaction number on your payment confirmation or in your operation history. How else can you find the Ref ID?
Some banks provide the BLIK transaction number with a delay or do not show it at all.If you cannot find the reference number in your banking history or on the payment confirmation, contact your bank and ask the consultant for the BLIK Ref ID or the PSP number.
As an alternative, you can enter the Ref ID shown in the confirmation email you received from the payment operator. In that email, the Ref ID appears after the “/” in the subject line or in the message body.
Once you enter the required Ref ID, your deposit will be credited automatically.
