Apple's “Hide My Email” feature allows you to register on websites and in apps without providing your real email address. The system automatically creates a random address in the @privaterelay.appleid.com domain, which forwards messages to your iCloud mailbox.
On iPhone or iPad:
Open Settings.
Tap your name (Apple ID banner at the top).
Select iCloud → Hide My Email.
You will see a list of all generated addresses and which app/website they are assigned to.
On a Mac:
Open System Preferences (or System Settings).
Click Apple ID → iCloud.
Select Hide My Email to view a list of aliases you've created.
On iCloud.com:
Sign in to icloud.com.
Go to Account Settings → Hide My Email.
There you will also find a list of aliases and the services they are assigned to.
You can disable any alias if you no longer want to receive messages from that website.
Your real email address remains hidden – the sender only sees a random address in the Apple domain.
