How to make an instant deposit via ZEN?

To deposit funds, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your zondacrypto account and:
   • go to the “Portfolio” tab in your user panel,
   • change the search filter from “All” to “FIAT,”
   • select one of the available currencies ‘PLN’ / “EUR” / “USD,” and click on the “Deposit FIAT” button,
   • select the ZEN option.
      
2. If you have not yet activated the “ZEN” service, follow the instructions on the screen.
    
3. If you have an active service, enter the amount you want to deposit and select the “Next” button.
    
4. When making a deposit, if you do not have sufficient funds in your ZEN account, the ZEN application will allow you to instantly top up your funds using one of the 24 methods available on the ZEN platform.
    
5. Once the transfer process is complete in the ZEN app, the funds will appear in your zondacrypto balance after a short while.

 

Remember – you don't need to have funds in your ZEN account to top up your zondacrypto account.

If you do not have sufficient funds, the system will ask you how you would like to top up your ZEN account when you request a deposit. You can then choose the most convenient option from 24 available methods of topping up your ZEN account. You can top up your ZEN account via bank transfer, payment card, BLIK, Google Pay, or Apple Pay, among other methods.
