How to set up ZEN account via zondacrypto?

Here are a few simple steps to activate your ZEN account and connect it to zondacrypto:

  1. Log in to your zondacrypto account and:
    • go to the “Portfolio” tab in your user panel,
    • change the search filter from “All” to ‘FIAT’
    • select one of the available currencies “PLN” / “EUR” / ‘USD’ and click on the “Deposit FIAT” or “Withdraw FIAT” button,
    • then select the “ZEN” method.
       
  2. Confirm your intention to create a ZEN account and accept the Pay with ZEN terms of service.
     
  3. Confirm the phone number that will be used to create your ZEN account. Make sure that the number displayed on the screen is correct. If not, change it in your account first. To do this, contact us via the form.
     
  4. You will see a unique code on the screen. This code is required to synchronize your zondacrypto and ZEN accounts. It must be confirmed in the ZEN.COM app.
     
  5. You will now receive an SMS with a unique link to download the app. After clicking on it, you will be redirected to the app store - download and install the app.
     
  6. Launch the installed ZEN app and follow the instructions on the screen.
     
  7. After creating an account in ZEN, you will receive an email with the account synchronization status.
     
  8. This should not take more than a few minutes.
